Ann Taylor Factory Store — Local services in San Leandro

Firstly, I'm not sure whether this Google listing is for Ann Taylor or Talbot's (at the time that I write this, it's "Ann Taylor" in name, but "Talbot's" in the address), but I believe it's "Ann Taylor," given the address number. It's actually fine either way because they're located right next to each other and I found my experience at both really not that dissimilar.

I found the staff here pleasant and eager to help. There was your typical selection of clothing, but nothing overly amazing in terms of stock quality or quantity. Don’t shop here, the people who work here engage in shady business practices and extremely rude. Tried to trick me by telling me I couldn’t return an Ann Taylor factory item purchased at a different Ann Taylor factory location even though their policy states that Ann Taylor factory items could be returned to ANY Ann Taylor factory store. Told me a new item I was returning was used because it had “stains” on it, which were clearly dust. I wiped the dust away and the manager told me I “got rid of the stain” which couldn’t happen because it wasn’t a stain in the first place. My Ann Taylor visit was a BIG DISAPPOINTMENT. I've been uying clithes from Ann Taylors for a few years now, but when I went there yesterday I was disappointed. In the past Ann Taylor clothing line was CLASSY, SEXY and Professional. I thought I was in a THRIFT STORE. The clothes looked gloomy, old fashion and CHEAP. I'm not sure who orders the clothes and put them on the manicans, only thing I saw was worth buying where the under garments. I bought thise same undergarments 2 years ago.
