Paradise Teak — Attraction in San Leandro

Three years ago, my wife and I moved into a new apartment in San Francisco with a beautiful back deck. We shopped around and located Paradise Teak. Mandy and Paul are amazing to work with - super helpful, knowledgeable and customer service oriented. They helped us choose the perfect teak furniture setup for the dimensions of our deck. We ultimately decided on deep seaters (3 chairs and 1 love seat), a small coffee table and two side tables which Mandy personally delivered to our house and helped us arrange on our deck. Mandy explained the best ways to care for the teak, depending on what sort of look you want (antiqued/weathered or shiny/polished). We opted to seal our furniture and Paul explained the best way to use the seal. They even had sealant available for purchase at nominal cost. We love our Paradise Teak furniture and its a huge hit at all of our bbqs / outside parties. It's held up extremely well for the past three years and following Paul's sealing instructions, the furniture looks the same as the day we purchased it! Our navy cushions have held up well also and have not faded in color. We're now in the market for some new teak furniture and we've already contacted Mandy and Paul to inquire about new products. I ordered a complete dining set as well as lounge seating for our outdoor space. I expected the usual 4-6 week delivery time but was shocked when I learned that my items would arrive literally within a week (I live about 350 miles from the warehouse site). The delivery was completed as expected, and I was highly impressed with how securely packaged it all was. The quality is beautiful - we get so many compliments on the style, color of the cushions, etc. But, the absolute best part about this purchase was the price. There is no reason to pay a premium for a box store brand when this quality is just as good (if not better) and you are treated to a much more personal shopping experience. Paradise Teak rocks! We looked around at a bunch of patio furniture stores for teak furniture and were put off by the high prices. We also found that some of the bigger stores tend to be misleading about using real teak wood. Paradise Teak is the real deal. We bought their rectangular dining table with extensions 7 years ago this June and it still looks beautiful. Mandy & Paul took the time to explain how to clean it and keep it looking fresh. You can tell they really care about their products and customers.
