This place has it all… seriously - such a little gem in slo! Maileg, Sarah’s Silks, Schleich, Land of Dough. omg, the list goes on.

So many brands i usually have to buy online & pay for shipping but now can pick up for FREE after a Trader Joe’s trip ( it’s literally next door)

Anyways, the owner is the sweetest lady and for my daughters 1st birthday today she gave her a really special gift and my daughter absolutely loved it( not going to lie, I had fun playing with it as well)

The staff are all wonderful and friendly. They have a great selection of unique toys and books. They have a great selection of wooden toys as well. I went in with my toddler who found a toy seagull (her favorite animal) and the staff let me know it was made out of recycled material. I was curious about this company and while looking into it I found the price I was charged was lower at Whiz kids than Amazon. I expected this store to be small and have a little of this and a little of that and be in the pricey side because its in SLO but I was way off. This store is big and has a lot of this and even more of that! The prices were very reasonable and the selection is unreal! Very organized and considering the thousands of items on display its layed out in such a way that you do not become overwhelmed.
