The owners are not customer service oriented at all, if I could give a negative rating I would. These people scammed me into a contract and would not provide me a copy of said contract... when I could no longer afford the payment I called them multiple times a week within the span of a month and it took four weeks to get a response from the owners..they then haggled me about the importance of communication.. REALLY?! I offered to pay a fine to release me from the contract, they said it was not possible and told me I would be responsible for the remaining membership fees. The gym itself is really great and the atmosphere is nice, if you are well-off financially it's a good place to go. However, if you are in college and trying to learn self-defense this is not the place for you. It is very expensive and if financial troubles arise, the owners will sever their relationship with you in order to make a buck.... as a business major, this is appalling to see.
