Sewell Park — Attraction in San Marcos

One of my favorite parks in town, I appreciate the park for its nearness to the headwaters and Spring Lake which contributes to the clarity and purity of the waters. I went tubing yesterday and when I bought my tubes they just came and put some tubes out didn’t tell us they were ours And kept seeing me standing and waiting around for them to give us a tube until I finally asked them if those tubes were ours and they said yes . I was looking for a spot along the river to picnic and wade in the water with young kids. All the reviews I read indicated this would be a good choice. The address took me to a parking lot that is restricted during the week from 7:00 to 3:00. I didn't notice the sign and got a ticket.
