Ordered Rocky Road in a cone from the manager. A simple ice cream to make. My 3 kids orders came out quickly. I waited 10-15 mins more and noticed the orders for the 4 people who had been behind us got their orders as well. My kids were halfway through their ice cream when I decided to ask. The blonde clerk was nonchalant and said "I didn't work on your order so it must of just fell out of the order". Meanwhile, she continued helping another customer. The other young dark hair lady started working on my order. She ended messing up thinking it should be in a cup and asked the blonde lady what to do. She ended up spreading it back out and then putting it in a cone. My kids were already done. When I finally got my ice cream, it had no flavor. How do you mess up Rocky Road or make it so bland!? Even my older daughter tried it and said you can't taste anything, not even chocolate. I was upset already and now mad. I brought it back up to the front and placed it on the counter telling the dark hair lady that it has no flavor. She could care less. She continued cleaning a table. She told the blonde lady who saw it on the counter but she to didn't care and continued on. The manager was busy making a drink behind her. Waste of my money and time. Principles are not met when greed is in the way. I'm...

While trying to make the payment the manager was trying to rush instead of help with the transaction and ordering process, which why she did not receive a tip then caught an attitude after seeing she didn’t get a tip. And there was no line at all for her to rudely rush us to order our food as it was our first time here. She then proceeded to make my rolls with no gloves and got mad when I told her I wanted my rolls made with gloves...
Read moreAfter watching all the videos of this new phenomenon, I finally gave in and gave it a try. It's fun food and tastes really good too. The price point at $6.50 is perfect. Lots of flavor choices. The toppings and drizzles are unlimited on the first round. $1 each afterwards. The ice ream is surprisingly creamy after the sub polar temps fall to a edible realm. It's a good show with a great finished product. I had cookies and cream drizzled with caramel, peanut butter and chocolate. I would say that it was good but I honestly prefer Cold Stone...
