The store was clean and the products they had on display was tickling my curiosity. I spent about under a C- note on vape products and I was planning on spending more of my 3 ben franklins but the person helping me seems uninterested in providing me with a decent service. I felt rushed and unappreciated as a first time customer. The lady helping me at first seems nice but the longer I had stayed in the store, It seemed to me that I'm just wasting her time while she could be helping a customer that she felt is much worthy of her time. Maybe cause I'm not a certain type of guy that would interest her enough to turn on her A1 customer service and have me feel totally welcome to their store. Infact the lady that helped me I believe is a transwoman. Which has nothing to do with anything other than the fact that she should have had the best customer service out of all her associates. Considering what trans people had to endure when it came to being treated with respect and above all... the feeling of not being judged , rushed and unwelcome to an establishment. Maybe if I was white or latin or even Black, I would have been treated like I was welcomed and not judged as someone that she would consider not her type. I know what I saw and I know what I felt. Remember, I was nice and professional through the whole visit in the store. I'm so glad I didn't waste more of my hard earned Franklin's on a low class non-customer service unless your the right type of guy store. My first and last. I even thought the other girls were gonna at least catch the mistake her Trans friend made and correct the whole bad service I received. To the owner of the establishment... Online retailers could not get it to me quick enough. So I googled to see if any local shops would deliver. Viola' ! VIP delivery service was nearby promising same-day local delivery. Yessss! Their on-line selection was very-good, the ordering process smooth and in-transit eta communicated all the way to the door...SAME DAY! I was able to secure some quality juice approximating what I'd been vaping and an excellent disposable for back-up and variety. All this for only a nominal handling charge to deliver.
