For the “First Time Ever” I experienced a snarky customer service female at this establishment! Sun Oct 3 at 2:30: I ordered a Root Beer Freeze/ Root Bear Skake from a redhead customer service person/ transferred me to another customer service gal with a very bad attitude! She kept saying that is a root beer float, I said yes but mixed up like a shake- Convo went back and forth with the semantics of “Root Bear Float vs Shake.
