Bella Nail Spa — Attraction in San Ramon

I really wish i could give a better review. Kevin did my wedding nails and they were amazing, but it's been 3 years since then and now hes in a different location. I had called in and made an appt specifically with Kevin, and came in a few days later for it, on time. I walk in and he is halfway through another customers nails. He asks me to come back in 20 so i do. I had a specific design i only trusted Kevin to do, and I come back after the 20 minutes and he still isn't finished and he just gives me to another nail tech, (and later finally finishes and takes other girls after me) So i had to change the entire design i wanted. She was harsh on my nails, the drill kept burning me. I've had two nails break in the first week she did them. Plus, to make the experience worse, they let in a drunk, off the hinge woman who didn't pay them, and just left, then she came back and started rummaging through their equipment in their desks and drawers trying to fix her own nails. They wouldn't call the cops or make her leave and every single tech had to stop what they were doing every 5 minutes because she kept trying to take things to fix her own nails.

I came back to fix one of my broken nails, and it's so crooked and bumpy. I will unfortunately never come back to Bella Nails or...

I wish I could give this place zero stars. I have had such horrible experiences here not once, not twice but many times. First, they ignore you. I made an appointment for a full set/pedicure for a Saturday before vacation.. I came at the time scheduled the place was full. I waited 35 mins past my appointment and still was not seen nor was I given an estimate of how much longer the wait would be. On two other occasions, came as soon as they opened and was left sitting in the lobby for over 20 mins while they disappeared to the back. "Hello?" While waiting I saw the guy accept 2 appointments on the phone and not write a single thing down. On the actual pedicure I had, they were very nice until you select "BASIC" (which is still $35) then they cuss you in vietnamese, rush the job and stare you down for a large tip. Save your time and your money - unexcusable...

I wish I could give a better review as well. I believe in supporting local business. I am sad to say that this was the worst nail salon experience I have ever had, along with the worst set of gel nails. My nails were pretty healthy when I went in for my appt. The lady working on them sanded them down to paper thickness and painful burning. I have had gels before and know exactly what to expect. She applied five coats of gel polish to my nails. The result was ridiculously thick, wavy, lumpy nails. She then proceeded to continue to file the nails on my right hand which all broke and split the next day. $40 later, I was left with painfully broken, unsightly nails.I was out of town so could not come in to have fixed. I would not recommend this salon to anyone in...
