I recently had the pleasure of visiting Fashion Nail Salon in San Ramon for the first time, and I must say that it was an exceptional experience. Jade and Ken truly went above and beyond to ensure that I received top-notch service and left feeling pampered and satisfied.

When I arrived with a broken nail that was in desperate need of attention, Jade skillfully and meticulously repaired it with such precision! Her attention to detail and expertise were truly impressive, and she made sure that I was comfortable throughout the entire process.

In addition to the fantastic nail repair by Jade, I also had the pleasure of receiving a pedicure from Ken. Let me just say, it was nothing short of amazing! Ken's technique and professionalism were outstanding, and the end result was a pedicure that left my feet feeling rejuvenated and looking fabulous.

The overall atmosphere at Fashion Nail Salon was welcoming and relaxing, and the staff members, including Jade and Ken, were friendly, attentive, and highly skilled. The salon itself is beautifully maintained and clean, creating the perfect environment for a luxurious pampering session.

This was salon was formally known as Fashion Nails. Great location if you have a sweet tooth. Next door to Baskin & Robin's Ice Cream & See's Candies. I went to have a pink & white fill while I waited for my dog to be groomed at Petco. Another plus for this salon's location. I made an appointment the day before for a French manicure. Aka a pink & white fill. This was the absolute worst place for communication. Which made me nervous. The manicurist asked start over? I kept repeating myself of what I'd like. I repeatability asked if I should have more white. The manicurist wouldn't answer. I asked if the other lady is the owner. There were only 3 ladies including my manicurist. She said no. I asked for someone who could understand me. A lady comes over & verified a white fill isn't necessary until my next visit. Which ain't gonna happen. I'll give credit where credit is due. The manicurist did a great job & was quick too. I asked how much? $55.00!!!! For just a pink fill I asked? Clear as day watching for my reaction. Yeah, pippy pive. I said I have never paid over $45 for just a pink fill. Yeah, pippy pive. I only tipped 10% in cash. I always tip in cash & over 20%. Just moved to CA the few salons I have tried have been awful! So I Went for a fill and pedicure based off of reviews of good service, time spent on, quality of work here. My nails were in awful shape uneven poorly done from prior salon. I was 1 of 2 others there for nails I was seated immediately ( great! ) however my fill took maybe 20 mins ( super fast! Which seems odd since I’ve been getting my nails done for several years and can hardly get both a fill in and pedicure in an hours time ever! ) one quick thin layer of acrylic was applied hardly any filing buffing etc done I wasn’t even asked if I’d like them cut down or reshaped. No work done to cuticles. Charged $70 for my nails alone and this is my results! Still uneven, mis shaped and cuticles tortured! My pedicure was to be an 10 minutes of a massage I was given maybe 2 mins and my callus heels were lightly scrubbed. At the end when time to pay he asked how much I would like to leave for a tip I replied no thank you and he proceeded to ask again how much I was leaving and I had to be firm about not wanting to leave a tip.
