Burger King — Restaurant in San Ramon

I went to Burger King today after finding out that remodeling was finally finished at this location and they resumed serving again either Thursday or Friday. It was nice seeing that the app acknowledged they were open since I could create a breakfast order.

I ordered some croissandwiches and a biscuit sandwich, some with bacon, sausage or ham. Also used an offer to get $1.49 large hashbrowns and used my rewards to get a free five-piece French Toast Sticks. Everything tasted hot, fresh and chewy for the croissandwiches and the biscuit sandwich was all right.

Glad I went when Burger King was newly re-opened since no one was in the drive-thru line for me to wait and the food was freshly warmed up or fried; those hashbrowns and French Toast Sticks were just crispy to the bite. That same kid was there from before the remodeling, and he was as courteous and friendly as the time before.

Worst service ever. i feel inclined to inform you by writing my 1st review!

The lady misunderstood me when i was ordering. when i tried correcting her she told me that I was wrong. That I told her something else. Not that she misunderstood me. No. i was wrong! the customer! i let it go and get to the window and handed her my card. i look over a minute later ovserving her waving my card at me like im a dog waiting for a treat! she didnt say anything. just waved it at me with an impatient attitude! whatever. when i get my food she had already finished taking the other persons order that was behind me so she was free to greet me off with appreciative words. i grab my food and she turns away quickly. no "thank you" or "come again" or "sorry for the inconvenience". Rude! ill take that as they dont want my business. last time i go there!...

Have been coming here a few times since I moved into the area and unfortunately customer service has continued to disappoint.. I understand we're in very odd times but it doesn't warrant being rude or impatient with customers... food is good as any B.K. but I think I'll make the extra drive to another location just to save the hassle of dealing with these irate employees.

EDIT : looking through from 2 months ago a review was made that said it perfectly... the drive through is kind of ridiculous and they're definitely understaffed which creates noticeable tension that spills into customer experience. Just as that reviewer states, I will also be avoiding this location just to not deal...
