Update 1/2022: Changing from 5 stars to 3 due to service experience

When I bought a Rolex the sale person told me it was ±2 seconds per day accuracy and I get a 5 year warranty. My watch is out of that range when I wear it. After talking to the sales person one day, he said it should be within ±2 seconds even when wearing it. So I brought the watch in for service.

The service person called me and said that the watch was running perfect. When I asked about the ±2 second per day guaranteed he said they aren't guaranteed to be that accurate, just most of the Rolex watches are within that range. When I asked what the range was for the guarantee he said it was something like -4 to +5 seconds per day. He wasn't able to tell me the exact range.

I picked up the watch and the service slip says it is +3 to "0" in all positions. That seemed odd since it loses time and is outside the -2 seconds per day accuracy limit I was told when purchasing.

I am leaving 3 stars since they have always been super nice when shopping, I had a good experience buying the watch and they have a nice store. However I won't be buying another Rolex from them.

Original purchase review in 11/2021 This was by far the best of the three places I visited looking for a Rolex. No doubt it will be my first stop if I am looking for another watch. Jill and Markus were excellent. They answered all my questions, were patient while I looked at watches and seemed to genuinely want to help find the watch I would be happy with.

There was one watch in stock that I was interested in. They let me try it on a couple times, and patiently waited as I considered it and asked questions that came to mind. The watch was 34mm and not 36mm like I was originally looking for. They pulled up a picture of the larger watch to show me the difference in the dial between the sizes and let me try on a similar watch in 36mm so I could get an idea of the size and feel. I actually prefer the dial style of the smaller watch and I have slender wrists so it doesn't look too small on me.

We talked about how it would work if I wanted to get the larger size or different model. They didn't push or try to persuade me to purchase the watch in stock over waiting for a different one. I told them I was going to think about it and left to get some food.

After eating I went to back to take another look and decided to buy the watch. We took care of payment, registration and fitting the watch. I didn't sense any rush and it wasn't until they unlocked the door to let me out that I realized it was well passed their closing time.

It is almost overwhelming, how this beautiful store can combine professionalism and spectacular expertise with such profound warmth and compassion. Those are big words to be sure, but it’s not just hyperbole. Brandon, Marcus, and their team certainly know how to make someone feel at home!! Just had a great buying experience and it’s terrific to feel part of the family. Heller is certainly my “go to” resource!

Addendum 12/18/21: And once again, Heller comes through! My wife and I just dropped by to pick up her beautiful new Datejust36, and oh what a thing of beauty! But more importantly, Marcus and Brandon made the whole experience FUN!! WE brought a friend, and she was swept up in the "family" feeling. She'll be back, too! Thank you, Hellers!!

Second Addendum 3/19/22: Oh my goodness!!!! I got a call from Heller to pick up something I had been awaiting for the past year, and on arrival, was met by the team with smiles and congratulations! They presented my incredible new watch, sized it in a private room, and I got to wear it to a large watch event last night (perfect timing!!). Once again, Heller comes through!! It’s hard to give enough thanks to Brandon and his family, and all the Team (Noel, Marizelle, Marcus) for making my dreams come true!

Third addendum: 12/4/23 Just stopped in to say hello, with my wife (and to see if her eyes lit up while looking over the jewelry!) Thought we’d get her a Holiday gift… As always, the warmest people, from the security guard to the sales force, to the owners. Unbelievable that a store can make you feel so welcomed.
