Do not go to this place unless you wanna feel like a child and be ridiculed infront of everyone. I almost cried! I don’t understand the hype. The scheduling is a joke, they’ll try and fit you in even if they’re full, then they’ll ridicule you infront of all of their customers and treat you like you’re a child - this is not okay! Since when was bullying okay? I felt like I was bullied here and the owner lady is condescending as hell. Let’s not even talk about discussing the nail style. I usually bounce ideas off my nail technician on what to do, when I asked for their opinion saying I wasn’t sure if I wanted just gel or powder dip, the owner yet again in a very condescending way says “oh you should be sure first before coming here” WOW! World class service ! For all that superior feeling they’re having , the manicure was an absolute mess, my nails are not shaped well, there are bubbles in my nail polish , and the gel setting has a line going in between which wasn’t corrected, just smoothed over with more layers. Just find a different place. It’s not okay to treat...

I was a challenging client, as my nails are naturally very curved, I have hearing loss, and my power wheelchair could not fit under the table. My manicurist - I don’t know how to spell her name, I think her name was Pami? She was so kind, gentle, and patient. Nail care in my own home is an uncomfortable struggle for me, and she made the experience very calming and painless. It means a lot to me that I was able to get my nails taken care of here with such a good experience! She had no trouble accommodating me when I couldn’t lean over the table due to my wheelchair, and her cutting and filing was precise, quick, and gentle. As my friend moved to San Ramon, we went to this place for pedicure. We had an appointment for 3 at 3:45. They started service for my friends around 4:00. I was waiting in the chair for almost 10-15 mins.By the time they started service for me, my friends were half way through. Her name is Heather( if I heard correctly) she joined around 4:15, she hurried my pedicure very fast that we all 3 were done at the same time.
