Smooth Leaf Tobacco — Attraction in San Ramon

I use to go to this shop all the time. However, I've moved pretty far from San Ramon. I try to get here once every quarter and buy as much items as needed. They are very nice people and very helpful. I am a huge fan of these guys. My experience with other smoke shops is never the same. There is always awkwardness in other stores and people that don't even try socializing. These guys are always customer service oriented and very friendly.

I usually get serviced by Mahroof who is always helpful and even walks me to the door when I buy my merchandise. My best experience that I can share was one time when I visited the shop. Mahroof was helping me and I was trying to get over a cold. While I was looking for the items I needed... he stepped aside and a few minutes later he brought me some hot tea and honey.

Customer service here has gone absolutely downhill. Not only do they sell broken disposables, they accuse customers who bring them in asking for not a refund but an exchange the very next day of breaking the device even though it is sealed. After speaking to many individuals who have recently purchased from here, it’s pretty safe to say that Smooth Leaf now sells old, broken disposables and will not exchange or refund. That being said, their glass pieces and other equipment is nice but being accused of breaking a disposable or not purchasing it the day before when I have the receipt is a terrible experience and I hope that everyone stays aware of this and perhaps it is time to move onto other...

DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE! THEY SELL MISLEADING PRODUCTS. I bought a vape with 2k puffs (Bang) and it ran out in a day, which is way faster than my previous vapes from other shops (usually last me 1-2 weeks, i vape very casually.) I bring it back the next day and they gave me a new one since it was defected for free (awesome!) The not awesome part is THE SAME ISSUE HAPPENING AGAIN. I was skeptical after the first day and kept track of how many puffs and i got less than 100 puffs before it died on me.
