Panda Express — Restaurant in San Ramon

10/10, Most of the stores I go to, they always put as little as they can and looks dry af. Here no, they did not shy away from putting food on my plate and it actually looks really good. Super nice staff. Not sure why they have low reviews. It's the best one I've ever been to. Only cuz I did not need to ask to put a little bit more food. 10/10 again. All panda stores should be like this. Good job!!

Update: Just got to eat it and this is BY FAR THE BEST PANDA FOOD I EVER HAD. I always get 1 bigger plate with 1 orange chicken and 2 sides of Beijing beef and when I tell you, this food was so bussing like there is no comparrison and I left nothing in the plate since it was so goooood. Every other Panda express I went to, their food is dry af, even their beef is dry and I always put sauce in the food and on this one I still have the sauce cuz it already had in it. EVERY Panda Express store needs to inspire this store and make their food&employees like this store. The manager needs a raise, the employees also do. Man, thank you for the best Panda Express food I ever had. PLEASE STAY THIS WAY AND DO NOT BE LIKE OTHER CRAP...

They were running out of some of the items (it was about 40 min before closing), they said they could not make any more of it and they were done for the day so I had to settle for the 2 pieces of tofu and 4 pieces of eggplant that were left...it was less than the size of even one serving spoon. The silly thing is that the guy working there (as well as the manager who probably over heard our conversation with him) did not offer for us to have anything else in addition to that very very tiny amount of eggplant tofu and they still charged us the full amount which isn't fair. I've been to another location around the same time at night (pleasanton) and they immediately offered to make more when they saw an item was nearly over. If this location doesn't want to make another batch, that's okay, but I shouldn't be charged the full amount when I got barely any of it. Won't be...

I live in Pleasanton . So usually this is not my choice of location but we were at a park close by to this location and ordered some food today . My boys were extremely hungry and I thought this would be the perfect place as it was fast food . Horrendous quality . Except for the chowmein which I waited for 15 min extra for them to make it fresh . Most of the food was stale . Please avoid this location if you can . Not worth the drive not worth even a penny . Totally disappointed with the food and service . Big thumbs down to this location .Staff , Please check your food before serving the people . Major rant. I should have checked the previous reviews before heading there . Totally agree that the portion sizes are very very small .The one star I give is to the decor and the ambience which is definitely nicer than...
