Tips N Toes Spa — Attraction in San Ramon

Wanted to preface this review by saying that Lilly does an excellent job with pedicures. However, due to the customer service from my manicurist I am not comfortable coming back. The picture shows the end product of my manicure.

I scheduled an appointment and had a couple of pictures that I wanted to show beforehand of what I wanted. It has been a year since I have been able to afford getting my nails done and I was super excited to get something special. I must have done something right off the bat to make her not like me? Not only did my manicurist not look at the pictures, she rolled her eyes when I brought them back out when she was asking about Colors. She stared at me saying she didnt understand what I wanted and I tried to be polite to explain, but she refused to look at photos and kept cutting me off when I was explaining myself. I really try not to burden people and would have preferred her to actually look at what I wanted in the beginning and say that she wasnt able to do something beyond one basic color Nd one glitter nail. At the end, she had me look at my nails and asked if they were what I wanted. Again trying to be polite I said they were ok, didnt want to hurt her feelings. She LAUGHED AND WALKED AWAY. Honestly, the shape of the nail was lumpy and the manicure French tips werent straight. I was embarrassed how my nails looked but did not want to cause a scene or ruin the experience for other women that were enjoying their pedicures.

I paid cash and the cashier took my money and gave change and walked away SO fast I couldn't even ask to tip Lilly for being pleasant and doing a good job on my pedicure.

Overall I'm so bummed because I was expecting a good experience and to have fun getting my nails done and I instead I felt mocked and that I was a burden for them. I would never recommend getting nails done here. I drove straight to Lotus Beauty Salon to have these nails removed and redone. They went above and beyond to squeeze me into their schedule, Kim so friendly and got to know me, learned my name, she helped me find the perfect colors, shaped my nails perfectly and I am so excited to go back to Lotus Beauty Salon because I know she will remember me. I asked if I could have warmer water. She said huh? No speak English I guess?? I said hotter water. She blasted the hottest water on my foot and was burned my left foot. She said well you want hot.
