I called ahead to reserve to avoid waits as it is a holiday week. the moment I stepped in, may (the owner/receptionist) greeted me and immediately showed me to my private room. she told me strip to my underwear bottoms then lay on under the sheets, and then asked if I wanted aromatherapy or hot rocks. I did not. a few mins later,

Nina, my masseuse, knocked on the door then walked in when i was ready. perfect timing. she was polite and immediately went to town on my aging muscles. she gave me the full 60 min massage, down to the minute. she was thorough, had the perfect timing for kneading, and she was very strong! i usually have to ask for more pressure but I was glad I didn't because once she put on the oil, she ramped it up.

it was also so quiet and calming. the room was perfectly lit. the music volume and tone was perfectly set. the room was neutral and non distracting. it was clean and well maintained. the energy was just exactly what I needed. some of the higher end places are just doing too much with the decor, lights and trinkets. it's distracting and overwhelming. but this place has done it perfectly!

the entire experience was amazing top to bottom, front to back. I'm thoroughly impressed and they've got me as a life long customer. I will be telling everyone about Nina!

Liya down the best masseuse I've ever had--anywhere. I've been going to her religiously for a year or two now. I pretty much get a massage every 1-4 weeks depending on my schedule.

She does the best whole body massage, super strong, so meticulous and knows the body very well. Her head and facial massage is also incredible. She even massaged jaw tension that I didn't know I had. And the way she massages with hot stones? Amazing. I love that she keeps the hot stones and hot towels on the body to aid in muscle relaxation. Her technique cant be replicated.

she really spends her time getting into every muscle group. Her timing is perfect. The way she follows the bone and pushes towards/away the bone on the muscle. I mean, I dont know even how to describe it.

She is also very warm kind-hearted. Shes like my aunty ♡

Ask for Liya. You will not be disappointed. Ive tried nearly all the females masseuses (because Liya was out of town) and all the other masseuses are good but Liya is the best. Shes the most consistent and the most skilled.

60 mins is $75 + tip 90 mins...

Masseuse clearly worked hard and I appreciate her effort. I was deeply uncomfortable being upsold add ons while in a vulnerable position already mid massage. I acquiesced first to lavender oil. I thought I was just choosing among options but it turns out that one costs more. Next, after doing only one side, the masseuse demanded I do an hour massage rather than the half-hour I had booked. She didn’t speak more English and the situation was not clear. I thought I needed to pay for another half hour for the other side. Then I said “no thank you” to hot stones, but she appeared with them anyway. The masseuse did not use the lavender oil, but the cashier charged me for it and tried to convince me I just can’t smell lavender.

I want to prepare the next person who chooses them off other excellent google reviews to be very clear with a staff member who speaks English beforehand what you do and do not want so you aren’t caught off...
