Terribly inexperienced, unprofessional business practices. Additional training would be helpful for technicians and the store as they're unfamiliar with how to properly handle customer's, their devices, or their own processes.
TLDR; I went in and out of ubreakifix for issue, was lied to about the root cause of issue, charged $700, and then refunded $20 short with nothing uBreakiFix could do???
This location is probably fine for smaller repairs, but not great with bigger fixes. I came in with a Galaxy Fold 5 that had wifi and bluetooth issues, and I was told that the root cause of the issue was the inner screen, which was a $700 fix.
During the repair the technician, Ariel, DROPPED AND BROKE my front screen. They replaced this as they broke it, and i got my phone back.
Within a few days, the wifi and bluetooth stopped working, and then a day or two after, the front screen stopped working...
I came in to see the manager Billy, who took a closer look - as it was mentioned that his technicians were less than 3 months trained. Once the manager took a look, he determined that the fix was something OTHER than what they tried to fix. So they refunded me the $700 and reinstalled the original screen. Which brings into question - why wasn't there a proper check of what the issue was before charging $700?
uBreakiFix Sandy Springs wasn't able to refund the full amount, and I was shorted $20. When asked about this, they said there was nothing they could do (even though this was a charge they put on my card???)
Finally, when I got the phone back - it's still not working properly, as the vibration feature no longer works... Please do yourself a favor a go to a store that will GET IT RIGHT the first time.
Unfortunately both the uBreakiFix in Sandy Springs as well as Duluth are ill prepared in how they handle...

At hello, when I came in, Ariel was very cordial, upbeat, attentive and very interested in genuine when it came to diagnosing the issues with my phone.
I also feel as though he was honest with me, Ariel said that my phone was a tough one and that he would need to touch base with his manager, Billy to see not only about getting it fixed but also getting it within a tight timelime that I had in regards to needing it fixed to get some things done for work.
They gave me a time to come back, but not only did they BEAT that time. I need to let you know that they fixed a completely shattered screen, like pieces just gone, cut your hand if you try to even touch it!😱
This was a repair where other phone repair locations including within the Ubreak chain said that they simply couldn't help me with.😔😩
I found out after returning from the rest of the staff that Billy, the manager, in addition to his duties and responsibilities in managing had somehow found some time to fix my phone and to do it in an expert fashion. I was blown away at how nicely it looked how well it worked and even other things I hadn't thought about Billy had kind of just looked into / double checked to make sure that the phone was in tip top shape before giving it back to me. I live 30 minutes away from this location, over an HOUR in rush hour traffic and from now on I will happily😀 absolutely come here and only here for anything regarding my phone I can't say thanks enough to Billy, Ariel and the rest of the team you guys are...

Several of them have blown me away by going above & beyond any customer service I've had before. This time it was Jelani at the sandy springs location. My 5 yr old iPad died & sadly could not be resuscitated. He did say that if I bought a new iPad they could transfer the data from my old one. I am a tech "ijit" - pestered him with a million questions & he was patient, thoroughly explaining what is probably simple stuff to most folks, called me with updates, went the extra mile to answer every question I asked, whether about buying a new one or what was wrong with the old one.
