This is by far my favorite restaurant in Atlanta. You have to give it a try.
Food: 10/5 The food is absolutely delicious. We had the Long Island duck and shaking steak and fries entrees and the spring rolls for an appetizer. The duck and filet mignon were cooked to absolute perfection. I thought the duck was wrapped in bacon but it wasn’t! The chef chars the skin and that gives it such a smokey flavor. The duck sauce complements it really well. It comes with a side of potatoes and Brussels sprouts. We had the filet mignon cooked mid rare and it was melt in your mouth tender. It was served with cooked onions and bell peppers and a side of thin French fries. We paired the duck and steak with a Merlot which really brought it all together.
Price: 5/5 We were so pleased with the price. We spent about $90 on 2 entrees, two appetizer, and two glasses of wine. I honestly felt like they could charge much more (but hope they don’t!). Five star quality food at an exceptional price.
Portion sizes: 5/5 The entree portions were pretty big, I couldn’t even finish my whole plate. The spring rolls were pretty large and came with two.
Customer service and ambiance: 5/5 We were pleased with the customer service. The servers were kind and friendly. They even asked us if we had any critiques of the food which I’ve never been asked before. You can tell a lot of care has gone into this place. This place feels like a hidden gem overall. In terms of ambiance, It’s definitely nice enough for a fancy date night but it doesn’t feel necessary to dress up. I’d call it casual fine dining...
Read moreSomewhat of a hidden gem. We came by with a few friends for dinner on a Wednesday evening. We had a great time and the food is great.
Service: Our waitress was really nice and knowledgeable. Hopefully we get her again next time.
Food: Our food was really good. Everyone at the table enjoyed their dinner and appetizers. I ordered the Dumplings as an appetizer and Drunken Noodles for entree. Both were very good. It tasted fresh and savory. The noodles were not sticky and chunked together (dry) like you can get at some places. We skipped dessert this time, but will try it next time.
Ambiance: It was relatively a slow night, so it was quiet. It does not seem like a place that would get too loud even with more people. At one point there were 4 or 5 tables at one end of the restaurant and it never got too noisy. The restaurant is very clean. One slight thing... There was a very slight smell of bleach, which I'm assuming was used to wipe down surfaces and/or floors. My only qualm there is that maybe a less harsh cleaner or less use of it during business hours. Or maybe use it only after hours. It wasn't to the point where it was uncomfortable at all, but it was noticeable, especially when first walking in. It wasn't unbearable, we ate our food, everything was fine. But just some general feedback there.
Overall: Great place and we'll definitely be back...
Read moreWe really enjoy Thai food and this was our first time dining here. The owner was also dining right next to us, and so we decided to be nosy and inquire what her and her partner we’re having she made numerous recommendations all of which sounded appetizing, but we ended up going with The crab fried rice and a mixed beef and chicken stew. Both were amazing and they were freshly prepared for my appetizer. I had the coconut soup, which was also great. I just didn’t know it had noodles in it, which threw me off. The roti was delicious and also fresh and they provided what appeared to be a curry dip that went with it I believe. The waiters were exceptionally attentive and friendly, and kept checking on us, but not overbearing We didn’t have any reservations and we seated outside, which was great because the weather was perfect for outdoor dining overall, this place scored a perfect 10 in every aspect that I can think of and we strongly recommend if you’re looking for some authentic Thai food in the Sandy Springs area . I’m looking forward to going back to trying...
