Russell Hall — Attraction in Sansom Park

This place my family has used over the years and I was eager to see if maybe they could be the place where I could have my daughter’s party at. I messaged them and it took over 24 hours to respond. And all I get “we wont be renting August til April !”. The part of them not renting does not bother me in the least. It is their poor business management and lack of customer service and lack of grammar. If you plan to have your venue closed make sure to have that update on your Facebook. Most people do not plan parties at the last minute. Please be considerate and mindful of your clientele. A “I am sorry” or “Unfortunately we will not be booking rentals due to....” would be a GREAT way to start. It's a small hall, great for special occasions and small gathering. Very nice once you hang up your own decorations, it has a kitchen with sink, fridge and stove. It also has they're own 6ft. tables and long tables; the chairs are black, kinda cushy, you just have to put your own table covers, center piece or chair covers.
