Eight Ball Billiard & Bar — Restaurant in Sansom Park

I went with some friends for the first time to this place Sunday. Was having a pretty good time until I broke a hundred with the bartender.. First he hands me back my change in a big wad, and then it was discovered that one of the twenties he handed me was only a half. When confronted he refused to replace it and stated that "it wasnt his problem." It took me until today, Thursday, to FINALLY get in contact with the manager, not that it helped any because she claims " her bartender would never do that and she's going to take his word about it." Refusing to look at the cameras which would clearly let her see her bartender was not innocent and in fact not even sober, as he seemed messed up all night as well. I'm a bartender too and I know my establishment would never allow so much neglect. I have never experienced such poor customer service as I have at this place and will not be returning. Well I went there today and will Never go back!! I use to go there at least once a week and haven’t been in a while!! I know now that I will not go back!! I love this place but I am forced to leave every time on Saturday night as soon as that bartender that stole from me comes to work. I have a really hard time believing that the wonderful owner of this place would allow him to still work here. I have always been a good patron and tipper and would love to continue my Saturday night here but not as long as he's there and I have to look a thief who still owes me 60.00 plus dollars.
