Fun On The Run Paintball & Birthday Parties — Attraction in Fort Worth

I would say my first time going there for airsoft , i was impressed with how clean the staging area was. They had real concrete restrooms, which is nice considering I'm used to portables. I went to pro shop, I would say the woman behind the counter is super inviting and friendly, her Male counter part not so much he didn't even speak. Now for the part I think they need to work on. First off web page needs to be more newbie friendly in that what guns are allow what are not. What is the top fps the guns may shoot. If that info is on the web page I couldn't find it. Also when I went to pay I said I'm new and I have no clue to what your rules are being every field might be different. I had to pull info out of the young lady at the staging area by asking questions instead of giving me a general lay of the land. Ok I pay grab my gear and walk to chrono area which of course I had to ask about. Then someone runs up to me where's you barrel sock? Luckily I do cqb so I had one in my kit so I had to walk back to truck. Again lack of knowledge on their part to me.Walk back to chrono find out I cant shoot more than 300 fps. Ugh which means I can only use my pistol. So I go back to truck and leave. I will say I wasnt angry I just went someplace else. I just wish there was more info available before I made my journey into that rabbit hole. Would I go back probably I can easily change spring in my krytac vector. The woman there made it possible for me to forgive and forget. They just need more attention to detail on a new customer.

We booked the pee wee paintball birthday package and left feeling a bit ripped off and unimpressed. We got 2 hours of play time, 1 hour in the party room, it covered 10 players (any additional players are extra which we anticipated and were okay with.) The website states each player gets 400 gel blaster ammo for their gun which seemed great. What they don’t tell you and we had no idea until after they played the first game which was about 15-20 minutes (remember we have 2 hours of playtime) is that once you run out of ammo you have to purchase more. That kinda sucked considering how much we are spending on the party but okay fine I can deal with that. The criminal part and where I felt a bit ripped off is that you pay $17 and some change for what they say is I couldn’t remember if it was 2,500 or 3,500 for the ammo refill. I promise it doesn’t go far AT ALL (it’s a small container filled) and while we only purchased 3 we needed another but decided we didn’t want to spend any more money and call it quits considering the ammo is basically ORBEEZ. They should really explain on their package on the website that the ammo they give you for the 2 hours of playtime you are getting isn’t enough and you WILL need to purchase more. We went by today (first time) and was very excited because we've read all the great reviews on here, but was very disappointed. We showed up at the store first and seemed like we were an inconvenience to the sales person. We asked if our 6 years old would be able to play and was told no (which we understood), but felt like we were being rushed out of the store. I was interested in purchasing a couple paintball guns for my children, but definitely did not feel like the sales person wanted to help us out. He told us the price range and then told us that we needed to pull our vehicle around to the back to participate in the game, not even giving us the chance to look around.

We were already upset with his demeanor and did not feel any level of customer service was given. My two cents, if you have little ones below the age of 8, check out GatSplat Indoor Paintball. All the employees there welcomed us with the most upmost respect and were so helpful to our 6 years old daughter, as it was her first time playing paintball. This place also had an awesome Ax throwing game in the same facility.
