I am changing my review after my last experience at this business.

I came here to get my baby’s birthday shirt made like I do ever single year. I brought in a picture of the shirt design and was told they can replicate it and I was told to text the design to a phone number so they could have it when it was time to make the shirt. Usually when I come in they sit down with me and we pick out the font together to make sure it’s the right one. This time they didn’t do that but assured me they have that font or something very similar in their system which I was fine with. The owner I believe, kept saying it could be made just like the picture. A few days later I received a text message of some design options for the shirt which were nothing like the picture I sent her. I mentioned I wanted it to resemble the picture I sent her and she corrected the design. The design had a party hat on it and the party hat she placed on it did not look very good to me. I asked her if she could change the hat to something more similar to the photo and she told me she couldn’t do it and these are the only options for the time frame and that she could just remove the hat completely and leave it at that. That’s not what I wanted at all and I offered to let her keep the shirt longer in order to change the hat, I was even going to push back a photo shoot appointment I had scheduled just to make sure the shirt looked right. About ten minutes later she sent me a picture of the hat design that was exactly like the picture I originally sent her. I was happy she fixed it but I was also confused on what the problem was and how I couldn’t have another hat design and why she just wanted to remove the hat completely instead of changing it. When I came in to pick up the shirt and I told the owner which shirt was mine she smirked and laughed as she shouted to the back that I was here for the shirt. She also told me she didn’t see a problem with the first hat design...if I’m paying $30 for a custom shirt and I get told that they could replicate it exactly then that’s what I expect and if cannot be replicated then I would like to see other options. I also didn’t like how the lady just wanted to take the hat off completely to avoid the issue instead of trying to correct it.

Extremely Disappointed – Unprofessional and Poor Communication

!!!DO NOT DO BUISNESS HERE!!!

If I could give zero stars, I would. I contacted this business to have some hats embroidered, but from the beginning, the communication was awful. Chris barely acknowledged my emails and came across as disinterested in earning my business. I provided everything they needed and dropped off my blanks on April 25th, with a promised 10-day turnaround and an update to follow.

On Monday, May 5th, I emailed to check in — no reply. I called on Tuesday the 6th and was told I’d get a text with an update — nothing. I followed up again on Wednesday, and once again was told they’d “check the status,” but still heard nothing back. At that point, I drove to the shop in person on Thursday, May 8th. Chris was dismissive and rude. When I asked for my blanks, she said they weren’t even at the store — they were at her house. She then pretended to call her husband to bring them, but the phone started ringing while she was supposedly already on the call.

If this is how they handle communication and customer service, I have no confidence they’d do a good job on the work itself. Completely unprofessional and...
