El Vaquero - The Cowboy Store — Attraction in Santa Ana

I recently visited El Vaquero - The Cowboy Store, and I must say, I was extremely disappointed with the customer service I received. Upon entering the store, there was no one available to assist us for a whole 10 minutes, which was quite frustrating. When an employee finally arrived, she seemed disinterested and ignored our presence.

When we finally asked for assistance in finding a shoe size, she proceeded to do nothing for a good 5 minutes, making us feel unwelcome. To make matters worse, when we inquired about the time it would take to retrieve the shoes we wanted, she simply walked away without providing any information. We waited patiently for another 10 minutes without any sign of her returning.

This experience left us feeling extremely frustrated and disappointed. It's disheartening when basic customer service, such as helping customers find the right size or informing them about wait times, is neglected. The employee appeared unhappy and miserable, which further added to the unpleasant atmosphere.

I was there just there this afternoon at El Vaquero I was there to buy some clothes for my dad funeral. The young lady helps us get my dad clothes she was patient help me choose the right color and size and style for my father. She helped me see different styles and until we finally found the right style for my father. I really like a lot how I didn't feel rushed at all. The worker that took care of us at the store had one of the best customer services I have gotten in decades. I defiantly recommend the store to everyone they have a bit of everything for everyone. I haven't been at store for many many years until today I like the way that worker treat me looking for the clothes for my father and especially when she found out he passed away recently. I would defiantly come back to that store just cause of that worker besides her very attractive and having amazing character that she has I wish other stores had workers like her would make shopping experience...

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! I will never return to this store! The customer service was horrible. I was looking to buy guayaberas. They did not have all the sizes I needed. I bought 2 from one store on 4th St and was told they had the other sizes in their other store on 1st, only to get their & they didn't. On top of that they charge me more money & did not honor the price I had just paid. I clearly heard the owner/manager tell the associate to charge $2 more because he had just brought them... BUT they had not been put out on the sales floor at that time. The girl & the owner/manager were extremely rude. I could have taken my business elsewhere but I needed these shirts for my mom's funeral. They did NOTHING to correct their mistake or make the situation better.
