TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE THESE PEOPLE ROBBED ME OF 70.00$ THE GIRLS WERE USING CUS WORDS AND SAID THERE BOSS WONT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. I HAD A REPRESENTATIVE OF METRO PCS ON THE PHONE TRYING TO HELP US WITH SITUATION AND SHE WAS EVEN GIVING HER ATTITUDE. THESE WOMEN NEED TO BE REPLACED. THERE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND I DO NOT SUGGEST EVER GOING TO THIS PLACE. IM BEING REFUNDED MY MONEY BY METRO AND APOLOGIZED TO BY METRO BECAUSE OF THERE BEHAVIOR. GOD BLESS...
