Northgate González Market — Attraction in Santa Ana

Gonzalez Market I like going there I used to go there a lot when it was across the street from me now that I've moved they're not so close so I don't get to go as often I like the store all the different merchandise that they have food sections really nice lot of different things there the only thing that I didn't like is they have these people that give you samples and most times they're talking or they're preparing or just looking around but you know that they're they're not doing their job you know it seem like they're selective to and will they give stuff to I buy a lot of different stuff and it's pretty rare when somebody will offer me something last time was it at Northgate and I ended up buying two or three of their product because it was really tasty was avocado on a chip with salsa we then purchased a package of three different kinds of prepared meat very delicious I had a few questions and talk to a guy named Gabriel and he was very helpful thank you I would recommend going to this Gonzalez Market for the varieties and even the prepared food that they have Mexican food delicious just don't have to have it so hot if you don't like it but if you do get the habanero stuff...

I've been coming here for years and the people have been helpful and friendly. But today I was really disappointed with the service and attitude given by a cashier by the name of Kimberly F. She was being rude to everyone. Very sad to see that a store like Northgate doesn't evaluate their employees better. There was a long line and Kimberly was cashing another employees check and chit chatting with the employee. The employee cashing her check was being concious of the people and asked Kimberly to hurry up due to the long line, because people were going to get upset. Kimberly F. Replied," I don't care." I don't mind waiting but it's the attitude and disregard for other peoples time that upsets me. Hopefully management at this store deals with these types of employees who do not have the customer in mind. Had a terrible experience in the food department with a lady named Gabina. She overcharged us more than what she had to on the card I asked her for 3 tacos that are 1.99 each and a special combo that's 7.99 she ended charging us 18.33 she was very rude and sounded like she didn't want to work she kept asking us 2 or 3 times what kind of meat we ordered for our tacos even tho she had the receipt in front of her. She kept telling me that not to worry about it and to stop getting mad. I told her I have every right to be mad because you overcharged me and your telling me what to do. I as a customer have every right to ask for what I want and be able to pay for it and receive it. Terrible terrible experience.
