Update trying this place again and Nick still there after he gave me the worst customer service ever and second I’m here to talk about tropicana product now I see why the reason why they won’t let you smell the product cause the weed looks different but once you smell that straight, Reggie and dirt, I recommend don’t buy any Tropicana products here ……don’t come here i brought my gf for the frist time and nick the bud tender is so conservative cause my gf white and am latino as soonest i walked in he gave me a bad look and to top it off he was my budtender .so i ask for rosin and he didnt even wanted to open the freezer when i told him that punch brand u can see the rosin . And buy force he was trying to give his opinion when i already have my preference of type rosin i get .and after i told him good on ur opinion.he started talking about his daddy that 20 years in the industry at this point i was getting upset.cause i dont care about ur background or trying to compare who knows wat or whos been in the industry .at this point my gf asked for a manager and he said that he was getting another budtender but lied he told security that i was being aggressive when that wasnt true .he even threatened my gf and i to the police with the old security guard and for wat reason.and right alway a manager stepped in and saw everything and apologized and give us 20% not 15% discount cause clearly he saw everything.and right when i was paying nick was saying rude comments saying why u guys allowing me to buy here .infront of his manager still being rude to a first time patient customer. Nick shouldn’t work there anymore.ima go back to make sure he not there ,he needs a new job not in the customer service field i felt so discriminated for sure cause his daddy works in the cannabis industry. I've had three or four visits to this dispensary and each time it was a good experience however this last time was horrible. I'm an amputee I have terrible phantom pain but thc helps, I've always purchased cannabis butter in the 2000 mg and I always call before I go to make sure it's there never had any issues before in fact I've even had others go pick it up for me when I'm in too much pain, recently I called asked if they had it was told yes so I went to buy it but when I got there was told I need a medical card in order to buy the 2000mg, I was like what?! I've never had to show a card before neither had those who purchased it for me and why wouldn't the person i talked to on the phone say hey we require a medical card to buy this?. I lifted my skirt a bit too show hey I have 1 leg im legit buying this for medical reasons still was told NO. So I did a Karen yes I escalated it and ask to speak to a manager, I spoke with a person that told me somethings wrong with their system its not suppose to let anyone without a medical card buy the 2000mg butter only the 1000mg is available without the card. I even asked since I'm all out may I buy the 2000mg since they can see in their system I've gotten it before and next time I'll work on getting a card, was STILL told no. So long story short I say all this to warn anyone looking for 2000mg edibles this place will not sell them to you without a medical card no matter the policy I think this was messed up how they handled my situation 😕 and from now on I will be driving all the way to another city to get my butter I'll still get a card just in case but I won't be spending my money at Tropicana (not that their...

The shop vibes is nice. The budtenders seem very nice and respectful so I have nothing against them. BUT, what I do have an issue with is the shop not being transparent about the taxes people will be charged in store.

I came here from Evergreen right around the corner because I noticed they have some 710 Labs products in stock. After going on WM and seeing their product, the prices seemed NORMAL, what they would go for at any dispensary AFTER TAXES… but to my surprise, that $171 product turned into $215+ after those crazy tax prices. And to make matters worst, the woman didn’t let me physically see the product so I was unable to see the packaged date which was AUGUST 2023… which isn’t the best sign when it comes to quality of Rosin as it’s not recommended to leave at fridge temps for longer than 2 weeks.

EverGreen right around the corner sells 2.5G (MEDICAL ONLY) 710 for only $150 FLAT, no taxes, no hidden fees, etc, AND they accept debit card, unlike Tropicanna that’s cash only which makes it such an inconvenience having to stop at an ATM or pay their $3.50 fee the ATM inside charges.

I’d highly recommend people stay away from this Dispo, you can always find a better one that is transparent about pricing.
