One of the 3 pumps within my normal daily commute, when it is dispensing H2 it is great. But that's just it, the pump is frequently out of fuel and there is just no good reason for it. The lost analysis should give a good idea how much revenue is missed when a completely avoidable supply chain issue should be easily resolvable so as to not always be out of hydrogen. Seriously, I fuel up every two days and for over a year this pump is consistently out of fuel easily 2 out of 3 times. While this might demonstrate a great demand, the lack of supply is causing the pump to be idling while it could be generating revenue for Air Products. That's right, I don't think it is labeled correctly, the Woodland Hills pump on Topanga Blvd is not a TrueZero pump, not according to all thr signage...
Read moreI got a great H2 Toyota Mirai car over the weekend partly because we have a “great” and reliable station here in Santa Barbara where I live. Of course since I returned from LA where I got the car, the station has been continuously offline! I can’t drive the car anymore until I can fill it and darned this is frustrating. I’m sure at some point they’ll figure it out, but hopefully a second station is in the works so we’ll have a back up. Cool to be a “trendsetter” up until the one H2 station in a 70 miles radius goes on an extended offline hiatus, and you only have 50miles of range left....
Read moreIt's unfortunate that hydrogen fuel stations are so limited. My recent trip from San Diego to Northern California highlighted this issue. The only true zero-emission station I found on highway 101 was in Santa Barbara. I arrived at the station around midnight and asked the attendant if I could take a short 30-minute nap before continuing my journey. He graciously agreed. Your station not only provides the rare fuel and is almost always available, but your staff also offers exceptional customer service. Thank you for your commitment to sustainability and your dedication to customer...
