We were visiting Santa Cruz for 4th of July weekend and happened upon Tramonti for dinner on the 4th of July after another place we tried around the corner was closed. We had an amazing experience! Especially in contrast to a very negative experience we had at another restaurant on the pier the day before. First off, we walked up to Tramonti randomly and asked if we could be seated for a party of 7, 4 adults and 3 children. We were asked if we had reservations. We did not. We were told it would be a 45-60 minute wait. We figured that was probably our best bet at this point anyhow, so we opted to wait. The hostess was very kind and accommodating. There was some outdoor seating where we could wait for our tables, we were even able to order some drinks for the adults and the children while we waited. There were some arcade machines inside for the kids while they waited. I doubt we were even waiting a half an hour before our table was ready. We sat on their outdoor patio. I'm not sure if it's a temp COVID setup or what, but the large picnic style table was nice and set up for us. I really enjoyed the outdoor setting. Shortly after sitting, a man who I presumed to be the owner came by and passionately described the evening's special in his Italian accent. At that moment, I knew we were in good hands and that we were in for an excellent dinner. Dinner did not disappoint! We ordered a wide selection from the menu, and everyone shared a little bit with everyone else, and it was all exquisite! This place has ruined Italian food for me. It will be hard to find anywhere in my neck of the woods that is nearly as good as this was. The staff treated us and our children with kindness, the service was great, given the quality and amount of food we ordered, I think everything was reasonably priced. I can't recommend this place enough! The next time we're in Santa Cruz, I'm sure we'll be back.

Went here with a group of 16 people for a birthday party. The wait staff was very friendly and professional, got everything right and on point. The food came out quickly and all at the same time. Overall this was a very pleasant experience, the reason I give it 3 stars is because I feel like it is heavily over priced for the size of the plates and for the quality of the food. Some plates were larger but many were small, much of the food was great but several plates were just ok. I feel like if I am paying 25$ for fettuccini Alfredo it should be on point. They only have a few beers to chose from. I would definitely check this place out again. **Update 3/2/22. My overall review stands. I have raised it from 3 stars to 4 stars. Went here for a birthday dinner of 6 people. Upon arrival I ordered beers for our party, they only have 2 beers to choose from, but they were local and cold, so I'd say they are on point. The table was wet because I bumped into it and spilled water, but the waitress helped us clean it up, although it was still wet after. The bread and olive oil and vinegar were on point and held is over until our meals arrived. The food came out quickly and at the same time. The meatballs and polenta were the star of the show, which consisted of 5 savory balls on top of a slab of polenta smothered in delicious red sauce. They do not offer a complementary birthday dessert. I would definitely recommend this place and will be back

My wife ate here twice when I was in Buenos Aires, and had the pizza oven-roasted salmon with Dijon sauce both times, because she really loved it! So I arrived home from Buenos Aires this morning, and we went back for dinner (my first time). I had the Chicken Parmigiono over spaghetti marinara which was delicious! Tess had the arrugula salad with pear, blue cheese and carmelized walnuts (a huge bowl) and a huge bowl of their minestroni soup. I had a glass of the Nero red wine, and we split an Affrogato. A delicious meal, with terrific service, and great ambiance - we found a great Italian restaurant in Santa Cruz! Can't wait to try their pizzas! All of their produce is organic and locally sourced, all their meat is grass fed free-range and local. Ate there tonight, and it was great again! Service was spectacular, and love the new table layout! My wife and I split a Cesar Salad and they gave us a ton of anchovies on the side (my wife hates them, but I love them!). Then we each had the Chicken Parmigiano and our guest had tge seafoodxstew I had a glasd of the Valporocino, our guest had a Peligrino soda, and we all had the Hazel Nut Affrogatto. The bill was only %268, and the food was all yummy!

Italian food anyone? Well, if you’re looking for some flavor, Tramonti in the heart of Seabright is calling your name! What a great spot for your next dinner date. They have a cute outdoor seating area with heaters and the inside is juts as charming. Excellent service all the way round! Tonight, I tried a few different things and everything was full of flavor and the freshness of the local organic ingredients they use and also the imported Italian deliciousness. I felt like I was back in Italy dining. For starters, the Tagliere di Salumi & Formaggi, the meat and cheese board, had perfectly, thinly sliced meats and the cheese paired with it was perfect. The Tagliatelle Alla Bolognese with egg noodles and meat sauce was delish! The short rib tortellini was exceptional. Last but not least, don’t forget about the dessert menu. The torta della nonna had this amazing lemon flavor, so smooth and delicious. Paired with coffee was the perfect ending to a great evening full of the flavors of Italy right here in the heart of Seabright. I definitely recommend this place, but make sure you make a reservation so you won’t be disappointed! The food and the service is five plus stars!

Me and my fiancee went here for date night and she got gnocci and I got spaghetti. Her review for the gnocci was creamy and very flavorful just a little thick 8/10. The spaghetti was just alright. Nothing too special, however the meatballs were excellent. Very flavorful and super soft and tasty. Meatballs are 10/10 busy spaghetti was 7/10. Then we got dessert and I got a lemon sorbetto and she a chocolate cheesecake. She rated the cheesecake 10/10 because of how smooth and rich the filling was. The crust was also super delicious and the right amount of crunch to soft ratio. The sorbetto was also absolutely delicious and if you like lemon definitely get this. Beware however for those non lemon lovers it's like a lemon is punching you in the face and call you their little poochie. It's absolutely delicious if you like lemon. Otherwise, as said before, beware

My husband and I (and two friends) dined at Tramonti after our small wedding ceremony. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. The service from Maddie was wonderful, the bruschetta was delicious and fresh, and the wine selection was phenomenal! We enjoyed a bottle of Rosso di Montalchino with our meal (it only got better as the night went on) and shared Tartufo pizza, Chicken Parm, and braised short rib Ravioli. Everyone loved all the dishes (and we had more than enough for 4 ppl) but the Ravioli was unlike anything we had every tried! The short rib was spiced with red pepper and possibly paprika, with a sage butter sauce. We highly recommend visiting Tramonti when you come to Santa Cruz. It's a short walk from the beach / wharf but they had plenty of parking around the restaurant. We will absolutely be back next time we're in SC!
