Well I bought a Jump Orange combo in the spring of 2017. It looked great, rented great and I did well with it throughout the summer. In late August I noticed it was having a few issues with the right side palm trees inflating. I called and voiced my concerns. I did a video call with Julio Ramirez and we went over several problem solving fixes, none of which worked. The next step was to take the unit to the local company that repairs inflatables. I drove there and set it up for them to inspect. They failed to find anything that would cause the unit to not fully inflate. Again it was useable, but the two pillars were soft. After I did my part and followed their protocols, I received a message from Raymond Chan Jump Orange owner saying they would be sending a replacement unit at their cost. This is a picture of the replacement that I got in September. I want to recognize the amazing customer service that Raymond and Julio showed to me. I own three of their wet dry combos, two of their slides, two of their slip and slide extensions, and two of their inflatable games. Over the last three years of doing business with them, each unit I have has paid itself off within 4 months. The first unit I purchased from them is still going strong and is rented every week of my season. I plan on buying another one of their new combos for this year. Thank you Raymond and Julio for taking care...
Read moresummary of what's below if you don't want to read the whole story, don't purchase from jump oranges classic line.... In regards to jump orange 14ft dolphin slide, I got off the phone with their rep earlier today, they assure me its at least 15oz vinyl which is not because i compared it to my other 15oz vinyl units, and its much thinner, there are loose string all over the unit. he says they are commercial units, its just that the manufacturer uses a different type of vinyl. i asked for a refund and i was told, i have to pay for the shipping back, there's a 20 something percent restocking fee, and a 3.5% credit card fee. and i asked him why do i have to eat all that when your unit is subpar to your other units. and once again he said they are not, just because i think they are subpar to the unit i compared it with that i got from them on the same order doesn't make it subpar, and i then proceeded to tell him that i have 4 different units from them and 100% that unit did not meet the quality of the other 4 units i compared it to. which then i was told oh that's because that particular unit is from our classic line and that's how they are made. you cant compare the classic line to the x , designer, or xl lines because they are made differently.
take this as you may, but be careful when purchasing from the...
Read moreI LOVE the quick turnaround of Jump Orange’s units that I typically made my money back in just a few months. After updating my inventory with theirs two years ago, we become the fashion icon in the area, Moms’ best love for party (reviews from my customers), even the local business events.
I love the fact that I’m not just earning more businesses over my local competitors, but New customers who told me that they don’t typically consider renting the inflatables in the past.
Nothing is perfect in this world. I’m being reasonable in posting this review. I have units from others that still last very well after 5 years. But, they're going out maybe once a month...... I guess that might be the reason why they last longer than Jump Orange’s units that goes out every week.
The Best part is that I’m dealing with “A Team” of people who assisting me throughout the process from ordering, shipping tracking, before and after service reminder etc. Therefore, if there is any warranty issues, it is typically taken care before my...
