Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Santa Fe Springs

I forgot to ask the lady at the drive thru for no ice and when I went to the window I said can I have no ice in my soda and she said I already made it and to me I was like ok I get it but I don't like ice in my soda so then she gets the ice scooper and takes the ice out of the cup and was serving me more soda I got weirded out because to me that is unsanitary I don't know where the ice scooper has been and idk why she would do that in the first place I kindly ask if she will not do that and I won't take my soda like that and she argued with me on how I'm wasting her food. I'm so frustrated with this jack in the box I always have a problem here like missing food or cold food and bad attitude. Please be careful for anyone going to this jack in the box. Last time I complained about a lady who was giving my husband really bad attitude and they emailed me saying they will send me coupons...

Last night at 10pm I went to order a chicken sandwich and one eggroll. Prior to that I hadn't ate since noon. After I ingested the food I got an instant sharp pain stomachache. I was thinkin hmm do I need to use the restroom or somethin, trying to listen to my body. I puked nasty and took a hot shower after got some relief. Then the pain came back puked again like dang what could this be? I got night sweats like CRAZY. I felt woozy. I looked up my symptoms and it said possible food poisoning. I'm writing this only because it was the last thing I ate (not totally blaming them, just wondering if anyone else shared any similar experiences). It could be me and coincidentally after eating Jack in the box just so happened to be when it decided to act up. No lie though it happened just about instantly after I ate it and was feeling normal...

This is probably the worse drive-thru experience I ever had with this specific jack in the box, this employee named JUAN took my order and guess what? After me driving home I find out that my southwest grill chicken salad it was under cook "WTH"!!! So I call right away to let this people know about so I can have my money back or get my order right, so I spoke with JUAN and he agreed and told me to come back at any time any day to claim my order and he will be giving me my order correctly and now that I am here Juan is not here and his co-worker Jeannette V. Called him over the phone and now he is saying that he doesn't k is anything about ! WIWWTP!!!!
