Santa Fe Springs Promenade — Local services in Santa Fe Springs

I work here so what can I say, good pay, benefits and people to work with. I see reviews from the truckers and some are bad because they have to wait a long time to get unloaded but what they don't tell you is that some of the loads that get there are a mess inside, some pallets are knocked over and boxes everywhere. This mess takes time to clean up then continue unloading, the problem is whoever's tied the load down inside those trailers did not do a good job and the load spills, who has to clean it up, we do. How about when they bring some of the load that should be going somewhere else or the boxes are to big for our facilities and they know this, so as they saying goes, there's always two sides to a disagreement. There's more, believe me but I'll just leave it at that,...

Nothing has really changed, only a few businesses that I visit and support. Still empty buildings. Homeless still around, and now they have plasma that's been there for a while, attracting drug addicts and loitering. They have a dollar tree there, like we really need one in our city. Because it's more suitable than having a market. Nothing but a bunch of empty buildings, really no good stores to shop from. Property owner raising the rents so he can run previous businesses out of there. No longer a Bank of America for that same reason. I'll give 3 starts this time to support those businesses that I do support like Pescado Dorado, Pancho Bakery, UPS Store, Autozone, Michoachan, and the Chinese...

Great food options! Waffles n' Cream is delicious and has a ton of health conscious meals & snacks. The place next door (forgot name) has delicious pastries, tamales, freshly baked/ stuffed breakfast rolls and super nice staff. Pescaco Mojado also has excellent customer service and food. Run by a sweet, adorable family. Again, great healthy and fresh meal options and beer too!! Good spot for a Bofa, 99cents store and Jersey Mike's. Dr. Gonzales & his staff at the Optometrist office there are fantastic. Downside: Traffic on telegraph near there stinks at certain times of day but not too bad...
