Sakura massage1 & foot reflexology — Attraction in Santa Fe

This place is amazing. I recently went in to get a massage because I've been under so much physical and mental stress for such a long time. I called the same day and they booked me in on short notice. When I walked in, I was greeted immediately with kindness from the receptionist at the front desk. Tom was my massage therapist and let me tell you, I've had a lot of massages in my life and Tom is the best massage therapist I've ever had.l in my entire life. I didn't even have to tell this lovely man where I was hurting, it's like he already knew where I was hurting and got knots out that I didn't even know I had! His technique is absolutely beautiful and amazing. He is a genuine healer! The pressure was perfect and I love how he kept checking in to see if I was okay. After the massage when I got into my car I literally cried so much because I've had so many suppressed emotions in my body since my father passed away last year, and Toms massage not only gave me complete physical relaxation, it also gave me a complete emotional release which was 100% needed. By far my favorite massage place. This was my second visit. Very affordable compared to chain massage locations and/or spa's.

I had a 120 min massage with hot stone with Lulu recently and it was fantastic. ($150 if you pay with cash) . Lulu was delightful to chat with and great at working my body over. I loved the fact that it is a full body massage and she worked out all the knots I had in my back and shoulders. She was great and spent plenty of time on the spots that I had told her needed extra work.

She asked if I wanted Hard or Medium and I chose hard. Boy did she dig in hard on my knots. I will probably go with medium next time! She offered to walk on my back but I declined that. She did do some light stretching work while I was on the table.

The room isn't anything notable. Not fancy like a spa, but clean with some light music playing. The massage table was comfortable. The hot stones felt nice.

First things first! When you walk in you are always greeted immediately. The very professional, friendly staff always smiles and you feel at ease quickly. Just beyond the reception area are several low massage tables, that line a very wide hall, those serve as the working area for foot reflexology. The rooms are very nicely laid out, organized, clean, fresh linens, generous sized towels neatly folded atop the massage table. Oils, lotions and hot stones are the next part of a very nice experience. You do have the option of a male or female therapist that will deliver an amazing massage. Also four hand is available if looking to really indulge. Reasonable prices for all services. Lastly my therapist today (Tina) was excellent! Pressure was spot on.
