Yum! Just what the doctor ordered! I don’t know where they source their sourdough, but man, it was perfectly buttery and crispy on the outside with just the right amount of subtle softness as you reach the ooey-gooey cheeses. I had the OG and my husband had the BAT. The portions were generous. We had poblano and summer squash soup and green chile stew, both flavorful and perfect complements to our sandwiches. This place is destined for greatness! My wife & I split a fried bologna sandwich & The Birdie! BOTH WERE PERFECT 10's!!!
