So amped on Santa Fe’s newest food truck and the only place in town to get shawarma! The truck is beautiful and the menu reflects that! Wonderful options for everyone and the quality is off the charts! I have now had the chicken sandwich, the beef shawarma plate and beef shawarma wrap. I can’t express enough how refreshing and clean this food is! I feel really good after eating it (belly, mind and soul)! They could have proved it was gluten free or communicated it better but they went downhill. Im not eating here again.
The person working didnt mark either of the sandwiches gluten free . The person working tried saying it was gluten free the first time my partner brought it back, and the second time the cook came over and said they didnt put gluten free on the order so I could have ate gluten due to this person's negligence

I was very pleased with the food and serious but fun atmosphere of the truck and staff. I ordered a sandwich with beef and oh my god after a long work day it was perfect! I especially I liked tahini and lemonade it literally transformed me to my home for a second. So, if you want to try Moroccan and western food in general give them a visit and for your first time to try what the “whole fuss” is about I recommend a bowl with chicken as a protein, add on of two falafels, add on of hummus, a side of pita, extra tahini, All 3 spreadings, and a lemonade....
