⭐ 1 Star – Extremely Disappointed with My Experience at Naked MD

I’m genuinely upset with my recent experience at Naked MD. I used to love this place — I always went to the same aesthetician, who was amazing and super informative, and every treatment I had with her came out perfectly. Unfortunately, that changed during my last visit on August 1st when I booked for Collatidi of the jaw and lip filler with a different aesthetician.

During the appointment, I started to feel extremely lightheaded and broke out in a cold sweat — I even had to squeeze the stress ball to calm myself down. This had never happened before at any of my other visits. Despite how I was feeling, she continued with the lip filler and seemed to rush through the process.

When I was asked which filler I wanted, I told her to use the same one I’d always used in the past. She said it wasn’t listed in my chart and instead recommended the most expensive one — Restylane. I trusted her advice at the time, not realizing it would make my lips hard and completely different from the natural, soft look I used to have with Versa.

Afterward, my lips looked completely botched. The filler appeared to sit above my upper lip, giving me what looked like a mustache shadow. I felt so uncomfortable and stopped taking photos of myself altogether. Two weeks later, the aesthetician texted me asking how I was healing, and when I explained how unhappy I was, she left me on read. I even emailed the office and didn’t get a response until I called myself to schedule a follow-up.

When I finally saw my usual aesthetician again, even her assistant immediately noticed the bad migration. She confirmed it too and said management would allow a .4 mL complimentary dissolver since it was so bad. That did help, but not enough — there’s still migration visible, and my lips still look uneven and unnatural. However, management then refused to offer another complimentary dissolver and told me I’d have to pay $299 out of pocket to fix it, even though this issue was caused by their own staff.

What’s most upsetting is that I paid for the most expensive filler, received incorrect information, and now have to look at a result I hate every day unless I pay more money to fix it. I'd have to pay for the $299 dissolver, plus more filler to get my lips back to how they were once the problem area is fully dissolved. I’ve always spoken highly of Naked MD, but after this, I’m honestly heartbroken and disappointed that they wouldn’t take full responsibility for the damage...

I recently had a fantastic experience with Dysport injections and Versa filler at this clinic. I opted for Dysport in my masseters, glabella, and a touch in the eyebrow area, along with half a syringe of Versa filler for a subtle Russian lip look. The process was seamless from start to finish.

Bianca was the first point of contact and helped me select the right treatments. She was informative and patient, presenting various options without any pressure and allowing me time to decide. Natalie, the injector NP, provided the necessary medical clearance and administered the treatments with precision and expertise.

Scheduling was a breeze, handled entirely via text message after responding to an Instagram model call from the company. The clinic isn't in Las Vegas yet, but I'll definitely return for future treatments. The advantage of not being in Nevada meant I only used half a syringe for my lips, which was cost-effective.

Ultimately, I opted for for the membership. It is monthly after three month commitment but totally worth it. I hope to go back pretty soon to take advantage of some of their other med spa treatments, such as a resurfacing facial.

The clinic's exterior signage and directory could use improvement, as finding the location was somewhat challenging. Parking details should be included in the confirmation correspondence to make the visit smoother.

I am very disappointed with the results and regret getting any fillers from them. I went in for a "naked nose," which Nurse Nedaa A. took over an hour to complete. She kept taking photos and showing me the before-and-after pictures on her phone. I had to ask her if I could see a mirror. I told her which part of my nose I wanted to enhance, but she completely ignored my requests. She added so much filler to the tip of my nose that it felt very heavy, which I told her about at the moment it happened. They scheduled me for a two-week follow-up appointment so I could decide if I needed more filler. Of course, I wouldn’t need more in the tip, but the area between the tip and the nasal bone needed some attention. Before the follow-up, I called to ask for a different nurse, and they scheduled me with Francis B. However, as soon as I arrived and was in the room, Nedaa A. came out. They completely ignored my request. I shared my concerns and what I didn’t like. I also asked if she could add more filler in the area between the tip and nasal bone to make it look straight, but she said, "NO!" with an attitude. I am scheduled to take my grad pictures in a few weeks, and I am very upset. I have an appointment scheduled to get the filler removed, but I really don’t want Nedaa A. touching my face again.
