Our story - my wife and I lost our home in the LA wildfires on 1/8/25. She was 8 months pregnant with twins at the time, and had taken off her wedding and engagement rings due to her finger swelling.

When I went back to our home, it was completely destroyed but somehow I was able to find the rings! I searched for someone who could help. I found and contacted ER Sawyer about this, and asked if I could ship it to them, have the engagement ring restored, and even add in the birth stones of our three kids (including the now-born twins). I assumed the answer would be that it wasn't possible.

But to my grateful surprise, Leslie at ER Sawyer said yes, helped me the entire way, charged a very reasonable and fair price, and was able to get it back to me in time for Valentine's Day! With all we had gone through in the previous 6 weeks, I can't put into words how moving it was to be able to surprise her on Valentine's Day with this incredibly special moment.

The ring is beautiful, they did a phenomenal job with the stone additions, but most importantly Leslie and her team empathized with our situation and truly cared about this piece of jewelry. It has become a family heirloom overnight, all thanks to them.
