Town Center Park East — Attraction in Santee

This says Town center Park East but I believe this is the sportsplex. I go here with my daughter and we play a soccer on the field and we throw the football and we just run around and kind of have fun together. I've been coming to this place since 2015. It's pretty fun when there's fields available to play on. Often they have some kind of activity going on but here and there there's nothing going on and you can just go out there and run around and have fun. It's an enjoyable place and I don't ever go there unless I'm going to do some kind of running around so it's going to always get a good rating from me because if I don't want to go I just won't go but when I feel like having fun it's there. This is the coolest park/sports complex. It has multiple baseball field soccer fields full size football field with artificial turf spread out throughout the YMCA that's set in the middle. It's so cool to play a game there, so nice to watch a game or even take your dog on a walk. I noticed a lot of people with dogs and it really does seem like a perfect atmosphere for it. Feels extremely safe and lights are on late due to the sports games. I highly recommend checking it out for the YMCA or even taking a nice walk around the whole center/complex. These are great wide open fields with 2 options for parking, 1 at the sports plex then a quick walk and over the bridge and you're there. They have a cover pinic table area with several good sized tables, nice turf fields for flag football at night, good lighting, with easy access to restrooms and concession stand.
