Riverwalk Grill — Restaurant in Santee

Stopped by to grab drinks while at the Fido fest today. There was a long line and I thought the girl called me over to the pick up window to order. I ordered and paid. After I paid the girl told me in a very rude teenage tone “next time don’t come to this window, wait your turn in line!” I responded with “ok, I never come here. I thought you called me over.” A different teenage girl told me “well we didn’t” ok then. I Ordered 6 waters, a soda and a coffee on ice for $17. Well apparently they didn’t have coffee and had to brew it. After the rude teenagers I just got my money back on the coffee. Come to find out, the girls have an issue with my daughter at school who happened to be standing with me. Maybe train your teens to have customer service skills no matter what. Had they have told us that she had not called us over before I ordered it would have been ok. But they chose to be rude after the fact. Over priced rudeness here. Glad i didn’t leave a...

This review is long over due! Joel runs the amazing Riverwalk Grill with amazing seasonal specials and his girl is usually serving the seasonal craft beer or running the snack bar part of it.

Great food, run by great people, friendliest service in town, a view of my favorite cheerleader, football player and my coach husband. Doesn’t get any better than this.

The pickled onions on my taco were appealing and delicious, great touch. In October I was too busy to make it to Octoberfest but while my kids were at practice I enjoyed Samuel Adams Octoberfest with bratwurst and fresh grilled onions and sauerkraut (the German in me was happy!)

FYI if you’re ever looking for a moderate walk, the loop around this park is .5 miles. I walk 4 laps then treat myself (they usually have PIB on tap!) and a dippin dots ice cream or tater tots for baby. Love...

Went to riverwalk grill during my son’s lacrosse game today and had a great experience. The only thing that could beat the fabulous food was the excellent service. The two lovely girls that worked there were very courteous went over the menu with me and gave me great recommendations. Overall loved my experience and so nice to grab a bite...
