Escape Reality — Attraction in Sarasota

Awesome! When we first started doing escape games a few years ago, we did all of the escape games here at Escape Reality. The speakeasy (Mafia Madness) room was one of our favorites. Over the years we've done about 120+ rooms and have become "spoiled", so it's difficult to find fun, engaging, unique rooms that we enjoy and haven't already done before.

We called Escape Reality to book for my husband's birthday and I have nothing but great things to say. We did the Disco Toxin room, and even compared to some of the higher budget rooms we've done, it was amazing. We had a group of people, some escape enthusiasts, some new to "escaping", and some who never played at all. Everyone had fun and there were enough puzzles in the room to keep everyone busy at all levels.

Also I'd like to give a shout out to the staff who was AMAZING, kind, understanding, and accommodating. Chase was our game-master, he was great and so was (Erica? - sorry I'm horrible with names!) But anyways, they were both great and we are leaving completely satisfied!

We had made plans to do The Office room and had so much fun that we stayed to do the Mafia Mayhem room immediately afterwards! The rooms are super well designed - feels like you’re inside a video game or something and you’re able to explore & find clues everywhere. There is a good variety of the types of puzzles within each room so no matter what kind of thinker you are, there’s a challenge for everyone in the group. It was the right level of challenge for us because it made us think, panic as we checked the countdown, and escape with only a few minutes left! The staff was so friendly & helpful - they will give you unlimited clues if you ask for help or get stuck. They were very happy & made us feel very welcome. You can tell the owner & staff are very INTO what they do - they care about the puzzles & making it a fun experience for you. The space itself would be great for hosting a birthday party as well - tons of tables & a bar. You will likely want to stay and do a second room after you finish the first one because you’ll have a blast. :P We will be back soon to try the Descent into...

This was my and my girlfriend's second escape room. We'd only done one before and it was a little one just for 2 people at another escape room and we'd enjoyed ourselves. Deciding to do this second one, we were absolutely blown away. We had extremely interesting and physical interactions with our room, having things drop down or move on their own as we were interacting. It got the atmosphere down 100%. We had chosen a room that was designed for more than 2 people, but we'd gotten really close to the end, so they actually let us finish up because we were right there. It was SO nice of them. Everyone there is so sweet, friendly, and they genuinely want you to have a good time. I was so impressed with their attention to detail in the room we'd done and I'm almost sad I can't do that room again because it was -so- cool. But they have more we can do and I'm excited to try them all out! I can't recommend them enough, honestly.
