0k here you go....... I would say I have dined here probably 12 times ...this review is long overdue!" where do I start with this one....? The food is absolutely to die for. It's painful to eat there because you want to go into a food coma afterwards..... i'm a critter/creature of habit when I like something at a restaurant ..I typically order the same thing over and over again, !! however this new gem to our new sarasota culinary venue is a must go to .... it doesn't matter what you order! it is delivered spot on every time therefore will make my future decision ordering difficult for myself,,,let's start with the staff and owner. These people are kind, sweet accommodating. The owner is very active making sure everthing is perfect! . He is humble and kind. He has no idea how delicious the food is I'm assuming he's from somewhere out of the area😀. I don't know however it is beyond delicious. ", !!!not to mention the best grocery market within 100 feet "detweilers 2 doors down .... The ambience is calm and comforting. The staff are friendly and happy to be there. The food is absolutely out of this world! as a restaurant owner and partner of several restaurants that have been nominated top 10 in major cities .. ..I just can't stop myself from dining at this establishment like literally two times a week. It's that good !!!! I do not live close by. Reside lido area and ashville nc divided residency ..I wish I would've taken photos of my delicious past meals ,however when the food comes out delivered Omg! you just want to dive into this scalding "hot yummyness ! "New adjective... I have dined throughout the world to Michelin stars to just happy stars! this place will not disappoint. I've had their pho noodle soups to their drunken noodle to other Thai dishes and .. amazing .... haven't had the sushi yet, but I'm sure it's as perfect as everything else delivered , I have one of my business partners who operates Buya ramen in st Pete One of Guy Ferrari's favorite spots as a matter fact it was featured. He needs to pay to a visit to Tin viet sushi !!!. if we can get him this kitchen ! They deliver food Nirvana ! I hear they also have entertainment Thursdays, I believe and Saturday and Sunday I don't know. I haven't been there for live entertainment however I heard it's awesome .. again the food speaks for It self . Enjoy your meal will not disappoint. Dreadful experience. The excuse about being open only for the second day is no excuse for unsuspecting diners. Their alleged “soft opening” problems should not be passed on to unsuspecting customers at full price. Besides, the uninformed server said the “soft opening” was the day before, so the “soft opening” excuse in other review replies is a new fabrication. She also had no idea about what the food was about. Pleasant, but zero training and little follow-through. The owner walking around with an open beer bottle and spending time with his full large tables of friends or family getting priority service while we waited 45 minutes for what was the worst Thai meal (flavor, presentation, texture) ever experienced. I couldn’t eat it. Question about bill adjustment refused. Not even a receipt or bill breakdown. Server announced amount due in front of my guests and other tables. Having owned restaurants, I left a 20% tip despite the fact she didn’t follow through on things. Very very poor training if any by confused looking owners more interested in socializing. Maybe most telling is that the condiment container was still grimy and dirty (after two days???), probably from the prior ownership which suggests they used old contents and didn’t clean much of anything. I would dread going into this kitchen. Bon Appetit

BTW, I’M GOING TO DELETE OR AMEND THIS REVIEW IN 30 DAYS IF I LEARN THAT EVERYTHING IS CLEAN AND IT’S BEING RUN WELL WITH ACCOUNTABILITY AND RESPECT FOR THE CUSTOMERS, NOT PASS THE BUCK, COLLECT YOUR UNDESERVED MONEY AND FORGET ABOUT IT. THESE HONEST, BUT NEGATIVE, REVIEWS CAN AFFECT A BUSINESS FOR A LONG TIME, AND IF THINGS ARE CORRECTED, THEY REALLY ARE NO LONGER VALID.

Wait…. These people don’t really get what a lousy unpleasant evening they delivered. My teenage daughter loved it because she saw firsthand how bad things were and learned from it. They don’t even offer me the unspecified “complimentary gift card” like they do others who left negative reviews here. I’d like them to make six nice edible meal donations to a worthy group or pass them out to the homeless or invite them in and ask them to leave reviews. You’ll never make up for the lousy experience customers had at their own expense of time and money.
