So French Café — Restaurant in Florida

My fiance, bonus daughter, and I came in for coffee. We ended up sitting outside and eating. I got a Caesar salad because I wasn't that hungry, and honestly I'm picky🤷‍♀️. The Caesar is yummy but I tried my fiances ham and cheese crêpe(we've debated about this spelling sorry😆). So with 30 mins till close we asked if we could get another. So we got another and shared, so yummy-buckwheat! Daughter got the salmon cream cheese and dill croissant and loved it-I'm sure it's good if you like salmon, but I don't so I'm taking her word on it that was was great since she eats like a bird and ate the whole thing. Owner is nice, as is his wife(I believe it's his wife we saw a couple times during our visit)and staff. If you're nice to them, they're nice to you. I imagine the only way you're going to have a bad experience with them attitude wise, is if you're rude/mean. We were nice and got the same attitude back. I would like to start this review with the biggest issue overall about this business: the degrading and horrible replies to other reviewers on Google. If you were considering trying this place, please read the owners responses and think again. I'm sure I will get one on this review shortly.

Drove by today and decided to stop in.. What a mistake. Overpriced and burnt coffee. We couldn't even drink it.

The gentleman that took our order and touched the credit card machine also started the process of making our coffee. I watched him touch the ice with his bare hands with no hand washing in between.

In addition, the woman who decorated our coffee grabbed the base of the spoon (that she used to stir our coffees with). We were very disturbed.

High quality, (mostly organic) delicious French food, made by and served by a charming French family. My best meal on vacation. In less than a week, went 3x. The Natty crepes has fresh organic mixed berries with home made jam - superb! So abundant, I froze and flew the leftover berries home with me. OMG, I couldn’t leave it behind. Lol! At home, had it with organic vanilla ice cream. It was like a high-end restaurant dessert. The Ocean salad was amazing!! Had it 2x. Their macarons are from France 🇫🇷 exceptional. The 🥐 croissants are homemade by them-excellent. I’ve had many wonderful crepes and croissants in some fine NYC patisseries (French bakeries).
