My elderly father signed up for Spectrum TV and internet, but has difficulty hearing. Cassandra was our tech for the installation, and she was EXCELLENT! She was personable AND professional and took extra time teaching my Father how to use the remote control. He can't see very well either, and when she realized that, she patiently explained about the microphone on the remote. When I returned the next day and asked him how it went, he was pretty happy that she was so attentive to his disabilities, and quite pleased he'd been able to find and watch his sports! Cassandra was the epitome of a dedicated, conscientious employee who took her job seriously and personally. It's also very refreshing to see a female tech installer up here in the U.P.. Well done, Cassandra and thank you! (Only complaint is the paper TV guide they gave him print was so teeny, old people can't see it very well-husband typed guide out and blew it up so he could actually see it) I hope Charter/Spectrum realizes what a wonderful employee they have...
Read moreI went to my local spectrum store on a Saturday afternoon to replace my cable box and gentleman there was very friendly and got me a new one. Although he was having trouble trying to put it into to the computer and was not his fault, it was the network, he tried several times and it didn't work. He said it mite work when I hook it up and if didn't he gave me a number to call for text support. And I thanked him for the all the help. I ended up having to call text support and the gentleman was helpful and patient as I was that fast with texting with, but we were able to get the cable box up and running. The only thing I have a to say is I believe when someone gets cable for their tv's, they should not have to pay for the first box because I already paid good money for the cable service. Read moreNo local number listed, only automated phone so I have to talk to someone in Missouri, on hold 40min, about the local techs who scammed an elderly man, and left with nothing working bc it was the end of their day. Techs came to my dad's to Move a router, they upsold my dad a worse router with a monthly charge, then left with nothing working. When they arrived wifi TV and internet worked. They now want me to ship their router back and won't take it at the local store. Zero local customer service bc the corporate business model doesn't want people to talk to the local staff.
