Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Sault Ste. Marie

Horrible service, my husband waited 30 minutes for a HOT AND READY that they made him pay for ahead of time instead of letting him go elsewhere, when he got it home the cheese wasn't melted and it was still doughy. I called to complain, they were nice enough to offer us a free pizza next time. So next time rolls around and my husband asks for the same kind (supreme deep dish) the kid says there aren't any ready and asks if he would like a trio to which he replies yes, when my husband says who he is and that it's supposed to be free a magical supreme is pulled out, it is ice cold and clearly has been sitting out all day. Called to complain again and apparently management is never in, this is the second time I've called asking for management and no one has been there, not to mention the first time I called the phone rang for 3 minutes, and then I was hung up on. I know it's cheap and fast pizza and isn't going to be the best but this goes above and beyond my low expectations of Little Caesars. so every time i go here there is about 10 little kids sitting in the back doing nothing but talking and they walk by you and say just one min then five mins go by someone helps u on time i paid with a 20 dollar bill and the girl put my money in the till then didnt give me my change and every time i ask for cheese sauce they charge me for its damn there empty and when u ask for a diffent one they say i can give it to u but i gotta charge u for it they really need to have someone that knows how to run a place and knows how to work with people not a bunch of little kids that dont know anything and forget everything there doing talking about the party they went to the...

I called to order a cheese pizza, breadsticks and wings to be delivered to the Best Western Hotel... They tell me 30 mins ... Over an hour passes so I call because my son is starving, they tell me the order must be on its way because it's not in the store anymore, then he says oh and I think the driver ran out of gas..... So I wait 15 more minutes and still no sign of the delivery guy... So I call back and canceled my order and they were not even sympathetic about it at all!!!!! Horrible customer service and I will never order from...
