I am extremely disappointed with the gym's membership cancellation process. They use a third-party service for cancellations, and despite sending multiple verification documents, including my renter's insurance and new lease, they keep rejecting my request, claiming it doesn't meet their rules. This makes no sense, and meanwhile, I am still being charged every month.

Be very cautious when signing up with this gym, as getting your membership canceled is a nightmare. The gym itself is no help at all. I called them, and they initially promised to assist but never followed through. I even had to block the charges through my credit card, yet the gym continues to charge me.
