UPS WORST service ever. Incompetent workers. At the store and customer service. I sent packages international with ups at this staple store , the first time the girl didnt even know canada is a country and not a usa state. The second time the guy said he had never did a international shipping and he didn’t know what to do with all the papers that got out his printer. While he was entering the info on the computer he told me i couldnt send my box bcz it wouldnt let him enter the zip code ( canada zip codes are letters & numbers ) .. he had to Select canada in the country option , i had to show him where to do it. Then my box arrived 4 days later bcz the customs borders declaration form was missing ( yea i could see he never did an international shipping !!!) ... and the box arrived literally destroyed and the item inside all broken. I called ups to make a claim, they said i had to contact staples everyday since the results were going to be send to them and not to me directly. I called several times and every time a different employee had no idea what i was talking about, each person said something different like , ive never heard about anything like it, we dont get claim results, we are not responsible for ur package, you need to call ups store. You need to deal with ups customer service. When i calld either the ups store or ups customer service they told me staples is responsible and they ll get the results. I end up going to the store in person and i get tell that i have to call staples ups claim department! Well staples ups claim department said that i had to re do the claim demand again with them and not with ups customer service, Of course i didnt bcz with the tracking number they could see the file. To end this awful experience they said my demand was denied because i didnt protected well enough the box or that i should have paid for insurance. Moral of the story i will never but ever trust ups at staples store again. Rather drive directly to the ups store where at least employees know what the hell...
Read moreI was bringing a return to Amazon package and there was only one cashier and I did not see any other employee. So I said to the cashier who is helping a lady excuse me, but can you tell me where I’d bring this Amazon return. She did not answer me. So I waited a minute and when she stopped talking, I asked her again and she said I’ll answer you in a minute when I finish asking my customer the questions I need to ask her. I said all I wanna know is where to go so she finally told me where to bring the package. I get over there and she said to me it’s gonna be a while because I have to take care of this before I take care of you. I said that’s fine. I waited and when she finished with that lady about five minutes later, someone else came to the cash register and I said excuse me, but isn’t there any other employees that can help me. She said no I’m the only one here. Well when she finally got to me, I said why aren’t there any other employees and she shagged her shoulders. Then all of a sudden another lady from the back calls her and says I need you here. She finally managed to get my package into the system and then tells me we don’t have a printer. That’ll print out a receipt it’ll come to your email. I said how am I supposed to prove I brought this in here if you don’t have a printer to print the receipt out for me. She said well we have it in our system. There won’t be any problems. Don’t ever bring an Amazon return to Staples on Abercorn Street in Savannah. They are rude. They don’t have enough employees and their stuff...
Read moreStaples has contracted with Amazon to process Amazon returns. However, their system is always down. I went up there on Saturday and loaded all of my returns in a basket after they told me that the Amazon kiosk was working. When I got back in the store I was informed that the Amazon kiosk wasn't not working. So I had to take my nine returns back and load them back in the car. Then we move on to Tuesday can I call the store and ask if Amazon return kiosk was working. I was told that it was working so I loaded my nine return back up in my wagon and took it into the store stood in line for 20 minutes. Only to be told that the kiosk had gone down again. I order Amazon because I'm a chronic pain patient and I cannot lift things. Now I have to cancel all of my returns then redo all of those returns and choose UPS as a return location. The Staples location on Abercorn Street is run by unprofessional management Personnel I have ever met. If I can get through to them but I can't get through to them either so it's around and around Merry-Go-Round Circle...
