Waited at speaker for 7 minutes before any one answered. Placed my order, had to correct the person placing my order 3 times. Total is $12.49, 1 large dr pepper, 2 spicy chicken wraps and a medium fry. Get to second window, paid (no reciept), was given a large room temp dr pepper with no ice and told to park. 10 minutes go by, a man brings me food in a bag, I check, it's not my food. He begins to argue with me and tell me that is how the cashier put it in the system. No sir, I saw on the board and had to correct her 3 times. He takes food back, wait around 10 more minutes. He comes back still without the correct order! I've been here a total of 30 minutes between speaker time and receiving the second wrong order. I get out of my vechile and tell the man my order is still wrong, no fries. I follow him into the store, he has an attitude, sighing massively clearly upset that I wanted my correct order. I ask to speak to a manager, turns out this man is the manager! Lying to my face, acting like a teenager that just got grounded. He said it had nothing to do with me or with work that it was stuff going on outside of work?? This was the manager acting like this! I asked for a receipt and he said look I can take a picture of the broken receipt machine and show it to you if you want, but we've got no receipts.
This "manager" shouldn't be a manager. This store shouldn't be open if you have no way of giving people receipts! No ice machine?? You shouldn't lie to people to make your life easier. And if you don't want tonbe at work that bad, quit!
Once I finally, finally got the food I ordered, the wraps were absolutely nasty. In fact, they were pretty made honey mustard wraps with spicy sauce poured on top. So in other words, my entire order was nasty and wrong and I can't even get my money back because THEY COULDN'T GIVE...
Read moreIt was a long day foe me personally a d my oldest had asked my wife and if he could pick dinner for his Birthday! At first we hesitated, but he insisted. I pulled up to an empty parking lot, maybe 3 cars on the line. I thought it would be quick. When my turn arrived, i have to give my order 3 times. To what sounded like 3 different young ladies. After few minutes they asked me to pull forward. I paid for my meal. They asked me to park off to the side that someone would bring it to my vehicle. I noticed an older gentleman that was waiting for his order also. He got out of his car just to express how upset he was that he had to wait foe 15 minutes just to place an order and another 15 to 20 to receive it. After a few minutes, i received my order........or at least i thought i did. (Sigh) for starters i check my order. I originally order 3 meals ( burger, fries, drink) and 2 extra whopper Juniors. What i received was 3 of the wrong burgers, the sides were supposed to be large, they were small. The drinks were large but were missing the flavorings. When i tried to get the young ladies that brought to order to me attention. She completely ignored me. Not once but twice...... at the end of the day, i was not satisfied with the service. Read moreThis is a terrible Burger King. I have a fairly low standard for customer service and I tend to be very patient and understanding as long as some effort is made, even if it's very minimal. This place claims to be open at 7:00 AM on Sunday morning, yet I got no response after waiting for a few minutes at the drive thru. No problem. I park and try the door but it's locked. The workers have been inside the whole time looking at me and just chilling. I try the drive thru one more time and they finally claim that they're not open yet even though it's a quarter after 7:00.
What's going on? Even if they're a little behind schedule on getting things ready in the morning, I would have preferred the option of delayed service instead of being refused service. Maybe there were extenuating circumstances I was unaware of. You may want to give this Burger King a try and have a better experience but I have never received good service there on my other visits so I'm never coming back. It's too bad because Burger King is definitely my preferred fast food restaurant.
PS: I don't want to say what date I was there because I don't want to adversely affect the specific workers who were there that day but please try to do a little better for other customers who may come...
