Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Savannah

Stopped by to pick up our usual hot n ready, 1 of each pizza but this go round, the teenager at the window ....shouldnt be working with customers. I applaud businesses hiring our youth to help them start their journey as responsible adults learning the different genres of work forces. BUT, some of our youth may NOT be mentally ready to make mature moves. The teenager at the window took my daughter's order, snatched her money and was very rude to her. My daughter ended up Waiting 30 minutes for her order. After 20 minutes and 40 cars, she went in to see if her order was ready, Quashawna said no, it wasn't ready. My daughter waited another 10 minutes, went to the window again and this time asked for her money back. The teenager said, oh it's been ready, she reached on the shelf and pulled our 3 pizzas. My daughter said I prefer to have my money back. The teenager slammed the window, said something to her manager, who in turn also questioned my daughter about why she's asking for her money back. In short, the teenager who is a student at WFHS isn't going to hold down any job with this work ethic she displayed today. For whatever reasons she doesn't LIKE my daughter who attends the same school, she was there to patron the business to feed her nieces and nephews, the unprofessional behaviour of Quashawna wasted our time making us wait on purpose..no patrons will equal...

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE AND ATTITUDES FROM THESE PEOPLE. Ordered online so I wouldn't have to wait and arrived there past the time that they said my pizza would be ready and my order still wasn't ready. Waited inside for over 30 mins and the employees wouldn't even come to the front to ask what I was waiting for. When the young man finally came to the front he had in airpods and just stared at me until I told him what my order was. He then said "Huh" and I had to repeat myself as he took out his airpod. He didn't even say rather my order was ready or not just turned around and walked back to the back after I told him my name for the order. Waited another 15 to 20 mins and 1 older lady that was waiting with me asked can she just get a refund because it was taking too long and he rudely said, "I don't know how to do all that, I'm going to just go over here and make the pizzas. You gotta wait for my manager for all that." She asked him where was the manager and he walked away still taking rudely. The manager finally came and had to give refunds to a few people and finally got some orders out. These young people and their attitudes are absolutely horrible. They should all be fired since they don't want to work. It's terrible to want to just eat and have to deal with such foolishness....

The on duty Mgr. took my order about 7:15 p.m. never give me a receipt just my change and had me pull around the building to the front. While waiting three other cars were also pulled to the front. Once the first car behind me got their order I thought maybe they ordered something quicker than my order but that wasn't the case about 10 minutes later one of the crew members come out with an order but it wasn't mine I told het what I ordered and she just walk off looking for whom ever order she had couldn't find them went back inside and come back with the other cars order that's when I knew they had either messed up or forgot the order command. I went inside to see what and why I had not received my order and the crew member ask if she could take my order the onduty Mgr.let her know my order had already ready been taken which was correct by her but she call out my order wrong. I told her just give my money back because by then I'm already 😡 because it's now 7:55 and she gonna ask me for a receipt in order to refund me so I let her know you didn't give me a receipt she give me my refund and never once apologized for their mistake. Little Caesar's on Largo & Abercorn your manager's have no customers...
