I tried to order a pizza and was put on hold. I walked in the store which was 15 minutes away and was still on hold. I ordered a works pizza. I asked Justin about the pan pizza and what was the difference. I told him I wanted just a medium pizza. My order was taken at 6:12 pm. I asked twice what was taking so long because now it was 6:50 And storming outside. When I got home to eat the pizza the dough was raw. I waited a few hours to call back because I had been put on hold twice. I called back to tell the manager Justin, about the pizza. He proceeded to tell me that I did order a pan pizza and the raw dough was the way the pizza was served. I asked him why would l want to eat raw dough, you could smell the raw yeast. I told him that's not what I ordered and I had just noticed the price that I was charged. If Justin at store #0637 in Savannah, Ga on Abercorn St was concentrating on my order instead of continuing to answer calls while taking my order Justin would have gotten it right. He went back and forth with me about my order. I told Justin that I wanted to talk to his district manager and he said he couldn't give me the number.I got the corporate number and I will be calling. I have been a Loyal customer with no problems for 3 years but after my experience with Justin the so called manager I will not be returning. If Justin's customer service is the face of Papa John's, you guys might be losing more customers. I am very...
Read moreOrdered online at 6:30 and was warned that delivery would be 100-110 minutes so I wasn't expecting a quick delivery. Finally ay 7:45 I receive a text letting me know my order was on the way. I live 5 minutes from the store, but I understand that the drivers do multiple deliveries per trip so I'm patiently waiting. Finally after a phone call due to the driver not being able to locate my house, my order arrives at 8:45. 2 hours and 15 minutes for delivery or 135 minutes...not what was promised. Get inside with my dinner only to discover the food is ice cold. Not just cold but refrigerated cold. We eat it anyway cause by now we are too hungry to wait any longer. Finish the pizza and move on to the brownie dessert and it looks like it had been dropped. I have now been on hold with the store for 35 minutes trying to speak to the manager regarding this issue. While on hold I was able to type this review, one on Facebook and complete the complaint form on the corporate website, all of which could have been avoided if they had bothered to pick up the phone and talk to me. I understand that everyone is short staffed right now but there still has to be a modicum of effort towards customer service that should be taken. Will not be ordering from any papa johns...
Read moreI am writing this review because I feel very disrespected. I ordered a pizza from here a couple of hours ago to be delivered to my job. I got a text alert saying the delivery was on its way. I checked again, and saw the pizza was delivered. My boss went outside and found my pizza ON THE CONCRETE on top of a pile of old cigarette butts, outside of the establishment. The delivery driver did not have the decency to open the door and set it on the counter.
I called the store and got a hold only some staff members. They told me they were going to transfer me to their "manager" even though I called the actual store, because the line I reached was for orders only. They did this to me three times. When I finally got through on the manager end, the person answered, told me they were putting me on hold, and had me sitting on hold for 5 minutes, before I gave up and hung up the phone. I will be reaching out tomorrow. I spent nearly $30, with the delivery fee and 20% tip.
The poorest example of customer service. These people obviously do not care about other people. This is not the nicest area in town.
I am feeling very disrespected and I want...
