I have never had an issue with this SNS until today. The lady manning the self checkout on 5/10/25 at around 12: 30 or so git an attitude with me. There were no codes on any of the produce I bought. Punched in for the green pepper, no problem. Punched in for the vadalia onion and it came up product not recognized. I called her over and right away woth an attitude said there is a code on every produce item. You need to put in the code. I said ma'am there is no code which is why I put it in the way zi did. So, she did it and guess what, it came with not recognized. Then with an attitude told me I didn't need to get an attitude with her. I told her she got one first. Then, she said we'll, if that's what you want to believe go ahead. I don't know her name but she needs some serious customer service training. She was upset because she had to walk 5 steps over to the register. Then another lady forgot to scan something, so with an attitude told the lady, we'll. Read moreWe were there last Sunday doing some grocery shopping. We took 2 cartons of eggs, because the sign says 1 per customer and there were two of us. Then when I was pushing the shopping cart myself (wife was checking on something else), a worker there took one of our cartons, and rudely said that there is a sign says one per customer. She did not ask me how many there were in our party, and she just assumed that I broke the rule intentionally or I couldn't read English. I found it unacceptable, but because of the current situation, we didn't want to stay longer than we had to. So my wife went grabbing another carton of eggs and we paid separately and left. When I got back home and thought about it, I think she was discriminating us. As we are perfect tax-paying US citizens without traveling to anywhere outside of this country, we won't take this attitude no more. Today I stopped earlier in the afternoon 9:45 and asked if it would be possible special offering a cake (colors and decor) for my granddaughters 16th birthday to pick up around 5 pm they couldn't and I totally understood especially with it being last minute. I then asked of I could just purchase a cake get the writing on it pay and pick up at 5pm because it's a surprise. I was told I couldn't in case I didn't pick it up. Again i said I wanted to pay at that moment. So you can pre order over the phone weeks ahead without payment but can't pay and pick up in fear you may no show up? After speaking to a manager I then realized it was pointless. I've never in my life heard so many excuses that make zero sense. It was as if I was speaking a foreign language. If that's the management team you can only imagine how bad the staff is. It's ashame because I've purchased all out cakes for special occasions from them for the last 15 years.
